Thus, the perfection of power is completely fulfilled. In the ten bhumis, all samadhis with and without appearance are attained, and the excellence of the accumulation of merit and wisdom is obtained, so that for the sake of attaining omniscience, the perfection of wisdom is completely fulfilled. Therefore, all the dharmas of omniscience are empowered with empowerment, and all the dharmas of the lords of yoga will be entered into. The first bhumi and the sixth bhumi are merely the mind, intellect, and consciousness of the three realms, which is the appearance of the three realms. Regarding this, the mind is the alaya-vijnana, the ego-mind is the intellect, and that which grasps the objects is called consciousness. Therefore, the three realms are seen as only mind, and without external objects, it is only by the power of the mind itself being defiled that it appears as duality. The absence of self and what belongs to self in the three realms means that there are many persons who are the object of the conceptualization of self by those who speak of duality. Those who speak of non-duality conceptualize Brahma and Ishvara, etc., as one person, and such a thing cannot be separated from the mind's continuum. Because it is permanent and unborn, it does not exist like the son of a barren woman, etc. For those who speak of non-duality, there will be the fault of liberation and non-liberation, wealth and poverty, etc., becoming one, which has been explained many times in response. Having fully understood the selflessness of dharmas and persons, one enters into the momentary samadhi of the non-dual mind in the first and sixth bhumis. As it is said here: The seven bhumis are indeed the mind, the eighth is without appearance, the two bhumis are indeed the place, the other bhumis are my own nature. Thus it is. Not discriminating between things and non-things, one enters into the samadhi without appearance, which is to enter into samadhi in the eighth bhumi. As it is said here: Not non-existent, not non-existent, not focusing on existence and non-existence, this is the essence of the Middle Way, which I and others have explained. This is the samadhi of the Middle Way. The samadhi of consciousness, as it is said here: Having eliminated external objects.

It is merely entering into consciousness. This is the essence of Madhyamaka. It is what I and others have taught. Thus, merely discriminating mind, intellect, and the aspects of intellect, in the eighth ground, not discriminating between existence and non-existence, the formless Samadhi of Madhyamaka will regress. As it is said in this chapter: The tenth is the first. The first is the eighth. The ninth is the seventh. The seventh is also the eighth. The second is the third. The fourth is the fifth. The third is also the sixth. What order is there in the formless? That is to say, because of realizing the selflessness of persons and phenomena, there is also formless Samadhi in the first ground. Because there is no discrimination of appearance of grasper and grasped. Attachment to the existence of mind-only will regress in the eighth ground, this is the intention of the Omniscient One. If there is no realization of the non-duality of the difference in Samadhi, then how can the faculties of the eighth ground become formless Samadhi? The eighth ground is distinguished by the equality of existence and non-existence, because there is no discrimination of existence and non-existence there. Even if the mind of formless non-duality is understood, the faculties of the seventh ground still subtly cling to the existence of consciousness, this is inferred by inferring the sound of the Omniscient One's intention. What order is there in the formless? This is to say that for the ten grounds, formlessness is the realization of the selflessness of phenomena and persons, therefore the faculties of the first ground also have emptiness without external objects. Having fully known, because of equally realizing the formless Samadhi, therefore between the faculties of the seventh ground, there is also the Samadhi of realizing the mind of non-appearance of duality. The difference of the faculties of the eighth ground is the formless Samadhi that does not discriminate between existence and non-existence. However, if that is the case, then since there is no order of formlessness for the ten grounds, similarly since there is no distinction of superior Samadhi, then how does the order of the Buddha ground arise? Regarding this, the Omniscient One has already
