It is impossible to show what does not exist. At the time when there is only one instant, there are no two, so no one has done anything. Therefore, it is undone, that is, after the previous instant, if this exists, it is said that this exists, and the Dharma is established. Like the horns of rabbits and the sons of barren women, etc., because they are of the nature of having no object of focus, they also do not exist. Therefore, there will be no fault of saying that the Tathagata has no entity. Because it is not done, it is permanent, that is, the characteristic of conceptualization such as existing only in language, that is, the appearance of the two terms of cause and effect, etc., enters the power of others, and what is not two cannot be shown as cause and effect, because there is no appearance of two. It is not existent, because it is non-existent, it is outside the four extremes. The terms of the four extremes of existence and non-existence, and both and neither, enter the consciousness of the appearance of two, but not of non-duality. Likewise, all things such as doing and not doing, permanence and impermanence are merely terms. Without thought and appearance, they do not enter the correct understanding of the ultimate truth that is non-dual. To this, some people think: All dharmas are selfless, and the lion's roar of the all-knowing is done, so it is impermanent. Since it is selfless, how can those words express the moments of cause and effect, etc.? Because there was such doubt in his mind, the All-Knowing One answered: Great wise ones, you must understand the meaning of what I said that all dharmas are selfless. Great wise ones, the object of selflessness is selflessness itself. Just like horses and cows, all dharmas exist as my objects, but they do not exist as other objects. The All-Knowing One said this, that is, the otherness of all things is negated. Whatever is the nature of one is not the other. Because the fruits of white and red, cold and warm, colored and colorless, etc., appear separately as various differences, all things are different from each other. Therefore, selflessness is mutually selfless, all-knowing.

This is how it is thought. Those without inherent existence, like rabbit horns, are not non-existent in the nature of non-existence itself. The greatly wise, like the right horn of a cow being different from the left, and the left different from the right. The Tathagata is also not different from the aggregates, elements, and sense bases. Both of these are faults; if the nature of the aggregates is inconsistent, it will become non-existent like rabbit horns. Because it has also become the nature of the aggregates, it is impermanent, and different from this, like the result of the karma of others' samsara. The Tathagata who has abandoned these two faults is the non-dual wisdom that is naturally luminous. The aspects of the two are mutually dependent causes and effects, conditioned and unconditioned phenomena, permanence and impermanence, grasper and grasped, the basis of signs and signs, with self and without self, existent and non-existent, emptiness and non-emptiness, neither constant nor impermanent, etc. The sounds and meanings of various appearing conceptualizations exist in mutual dependence. For that which is non-dual and inexpressible, conceptualizations such as cause and effect cannot exist. Because of truly realizing in non-duality, it is only without appearance, so there the aggregates such as form do not appear separately. Due to the karma of others born from ignorance that cannot abide equally, in all samsara, the aggregates such as form appear in two aspects like cause and effect, the Tathagata also becomes like impermanence, but is actually permanent, because the fault of sudden two aspects has been abandoned. Like gold and other things that are free from impurities, showing the continuum of moments, the wisdom of naturally luminous nature is the Tathagata. He is empty of the two aspects of grasper and grasped, the Dharma nature of Dharma, that is inherently existent, no senses or anything else can create it, therefore it is unconditioned. For the momentary, there are no other phenomena such as birth, abiding, and cessation, therefore the Tathagata has no birth.
