Nor is it an agent, because it is like dreams and illusions, and is the same as all other results. How so? If immediately after the moment of perfect accomplishment without duality, this exists, then that exists, it is an unspeakable nature. In terms of essence, although there are no terms such as cause and effect, it is hypothetically established on that general aspect and designated as a dharma. How is it designated? This is to show. Because the permanent dharma without an agent is impossible, after the previous moment, the subsequent moment does not arise, like the son of a barren woman, etc. Therefore, the Tathagata is not without an agent. Speech and what is to be spoken, and the differences such as what should be known, arise from the consciousness of two aspects. Without thought and without appearance, those who speak of the ultimate truth as non-dual, on correct knowledge, there is also no term for the aspect of difference. Therefore, for those who have terms for the discriminating thoughts of other and non-other, mutually dependent, the discriminating thoughts of existence and non-existence, past and future, things and non-things, etc., are completely imputed, all elaborations have been transcended, and do not enter the unspeakable Tathagata. As it is said: "Transcending elaboration, the non-dual, whoever elaborates on the Buddha, that fool whose elaboration has decayed, does not see the Tathagata." Therefore, the Tathagata is liberated from all discriminating thoughts. Because it is not possible to show the basis of the characteristic and the characteristic, and all the discriminating thoughts of the terms of dharma and dharmata, it is unspeakable. As it is said: "If the signified and the essence are different, then the essence has no name. If they are one, then the two are not established. If they are different, there is no other." If dharma and dharmata, etc., such as the heat of fire, are different, then fire has no heat. If they are one, then there is no basis for the characteristic, and there is no essence. Likewise, when thinking of dharma and dharmata, etc., as different and non-different, it is emptiness. Because the unspeakable nature cannot be spoken, the dharmata that is separate from dharma is unspeakable, and the dharmas that are separate from dharmata, etc.,

There is also no thing. A general term is applied and established as a designation by a certain dharma of the basis of difference. However, if it is so, once the characteristics of form and the formed of the dharmas become different, then the formed becomes formless, and the formless becomes the fault of the formed. If these are one, then it cannot be the basis of the sign and the sign itself. Even if they are different, another characteristic of the characteristic must be sought. In this way, when thinking about the designation of dharma and dharmas as different and not different, it is also emptiness of two self-natures, because these dharmas and dharmas cannot be viewed as different. Without realizing the dharma, the nature of the dharma cannot be shown, because it is unspeakable. For all kinds of discriminations and sounds such as things and non-things, they are all falsely established as the meaning of speculating on their common concepts, as has been said many times. Therefore, the perfect reality of the unspeakable non-dual nature, with the luminous and pure dharmadhatu completely purified, is the Tathagata. That is not a result, nor a cause, not the basis of a sign, nor a sign, not a statement, nor what is to be stated, not done, nor not done, not wisdom, nor what is to be known. Similarly, transcending the designation of the two aspects of mutual dependence as other and non-other, the Tathagata cannot be said to be existent or non-existent. If it is said that both are faults, etc., if it is said to be done, then at that time it is only impermanent, and apart from that, it is similar to the confused fruits of samsara. The perfectly established nature of the Tathagata, like a fruit mixed with the two aspects of other-dependence, cannot be liberated from the appearance of fruits such as birth, old age, and death. The consciousness of the two aspects does not equally abide with other-dependent ignorance, and arises from the power of karma, and thus acts. Thus, the cause and effect of the beings of samsara obscured by ignorance. Therefore, associated with the doer and the done, the completely pure dharmadhatu is not done, so it is described after the previous moment with the sound of done, etc.
