The perfection of that will become more excellent. In Excellent Intelligence, the samadhi of individually and correctly knowing, the wisdom of individually observing, knowing all thoughts and habitual tendencies, and the Dharma teachings of the Dharma speaker will flourish, so the perfection of its power will become more excellent. In the Cloud of Dharma, in order to know all Dharmas, all-knowing ones bestow empowerment, so the perfection of its wisdom will become more excellent. In the ten bhumis, the afflictive ignorance and its habitual tendencies that are to be abandoned, by abandoning that, one becomes all-knowing. In this way, that one will have power over all Dharmas and become the lord of all yogas, that is, the Buddha. Absence of spontaneous accomplishment is up to the seventh bhumi; the lords of the eighth bhumi are spontaneously accomplished. The lords of the first bhumi have power over wisdom, but it will be perfected at the time of all-knowing wisdom. Having obtained power over life, power over resources, and power over actions, one is liberated from samsara. That one is free from all fears, and so on. Therefore, from the first bhumi onwards, one has power. As it is said: Life, resources, and aspiration, wish and miraculous birth, Dharma, mind, likewise most excellent, these ten powers are obtained by the lord. Thus, one will become powerful. If the ten bhumis are divided separately, then only all-knowing wisdom is obtained, as the noble "Ten Bhumi Sutra" says, the all-knowing one declares here. To elaborate on all views, the object of conceptualization falls into two extremes, that is, the conceptualization of views such as existence and non-existence. The nature of atoms is existence, the permanent form; the coarse substance of limbs is from having action to having qualities, and the cause of aggregation, matter exists, but it does not exist in dreams. Having examined with wisdom, when the coarse and the subtle are examined, if it is not found, then at that time one can abandon the conceptualization of the elaboration of views. Most of the non-Buddhist speakers cause children to fall into the two extremes of permanence and annihilation.

Do. The wise are not like that. Holding on to those who speak of no cause will lead to distorted views, such as how can there be distinctiveness, etc. Those who lack a cause will imagine it to be permanent, because they grasp seeing and touching, etc., as one thing, so they think there is a self. When the cause is destroyed, the substance of the cause does not exist, so it becomes a view of annihilation, meaning that because the cause is destroyed, there is no substance of the result in the two moments, so the previous moment is not the cause. In this way, the non-Buddhists will become annihilationists. To the objection that it is unreasonable for memory and knowledge, etc., to perish in an instant, the All-Knowing One also spoke of the aspect of abiding, that is, birth, abiding, and destruction are not seen, so it is called Dharma. The intention of the All-Knowing One is: whatever exists is momentary, like the sound of a cymbal and flowing water, etc. The permanent is unborn, so like a rabbit's horn, etc., there is no substance. Because it contradicts doing things in sequence and simultaneously, it does not exist like the child of a barren woman, etc. Therefore, memory, knowledge, bondage, liberation, happiness, etc., are reasonable for momentary destruction, but not for the constant and unchanging. It is unreasonable to say that birth, abiding, and destruction, etc., are different, and to imagine that the agent is manifestly related. However, it will arise from the unarisen and cease from the arisen. Therefore, the Dharma of birth, abiding, and destruction is permanent, but it is not the existence of the ultimate truth. As the great Sangha recites: All conditioned things are impermanent, where is there instability? Whatever arises is the action, and the agent is also said to be the same. Therefore, the All-Knowing One thinks that in both kinds of selflessness, there is momentary destruction. The thirteenth chapter on the analysis of Dharma from the third chapter of the Holy Lankavatara Sutra, written by Yeshe Palsangpo, is complete. Then again, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Great Wisdom said to the Bhagavan: Bhagavan, this
