Like images and so on, unborn. Therefore, the distinctions of both, neither, and birth and non-birth, etc., are all distinctions made upon the dualistic consciousness. All sentient beings who have defilements fall into those who speak of the world as eternal or nihilistic. The eternalist-nihilist is a perverted view, because through the power of ignorance, sentient beings completely perceive impermanence, selflessness, impurity, suffering, and emptiness as eternal, self, happiness, and pure things. Therefore, the eternal, one, self, external, and dualistic claims of the heretics are all proclaiming the false views of the eternalist-nihilists. Therefore, the noble Mahamati spoke to them, "Does the Blessed One also teach eternalism-nihilism?" The Blessed One replied, "Mahamati, I do not teach eternalism-nihilism. Why? Because it is not accumulation and exhaustion." That is to say, for the consciousness of the dualistic aspect, because of recognizing the connection between the agent and the action, one will distinguish the aspects of accumulation and exhaustion, as well as other dharmas such as birth, abiding, and cessation. The momentary continuum, the inexpressible non-duality, for the testimony of correct knowledge, etc., the remaining dharmas such as eternal birth and destruction do not exist. Therefore, without an agent and an action, without manifest separation and the agent of separation, dependent arising, which arises in reliance on this, does not arise; it is merely "this exists after the former." Cause and effect are called imputed dharmas. The eternal of the heretics, because it has no cause, is non-existent like the son of a barren woman. Brahma and Ishvara, etc., who are eternal and one, are not causes, because they are unborn like the son of a barren woman. Without a thing, the eternal and one are also impossible, like a rabbit's horn. One cannot become many, like form and formlessness, cold and fire, etc. It is also impossible to speak of it as two.

Since external objects are non-existent, there is no grasping. Therefore, deceiving and ascertaining non-deception with the meanings of words such as valid cognition and the knowable are like dreams and illusions. The words that arise from external elements always arise from the distinct appearances of knowledge, and since there is no object apart from that, it is not right to say that the world is Lokayata. It is not right to say that earth, water, fire, and wind are real, and that feelings arise from them. If we distinguish between gross and subtle elements, they are emptiness, like houses, villages, forests, and so on. It is also not right for the Kalapanakas and logicians to say that there is difference and no difference, because one nature cannot have two natures, becoming existent and becoming non-existent, existent things and non-existent things, their natures are contradictory. Therefore, it is not right to say that what exists also exists, what does not exist also does not exist, and what cannot be said. Similarly, it is not right to say that the nature of things and non-things, which are contradictory, is one. In the Great Vehicle, what is the ultimate truth that is free from the conceptualization of things and non-things? To this, children abandon the conceptualization of things and things, and realize the essence of the ultimate truth, which is naturally luminous, and in the same way, the all-knowing ones show the common aspect in a non-dual way. Therefore, it is said: Great wisdom, it is not explained that the conceptualizations of all non-Buddhists are included in it. If you think, how can the wisdom of the Sugata be distinguished? Therefore, the All-Knowing One said: Why is that? For example, not being attached to external objects and non-objects, abiding only in the appearance of one's own mind, not entering in two ways, conceptualization does not enter, there is no object of signs, and in the appearance of one's own mind, the conceptualization of the appearance of one's own mind does not enter. Therefore, the All-Knowing One has declared the distinction of his own wisdom from those who speak of two non-Buddhists and non-two people. External objects
