Therefore, the order of expression shows three ways. Not realizing the selflessness of phenomena, and because there are no three causes, it is impossible for them to attain complete enlightenment by themselves. For the omniscient, because they have realized the selflessness of phenomena, they possess the true and complete enlightenment that becomes inconceivable. What the omniscient has realized cannot be conceived by the Shravakas and others. Where there is no cessation, there it is connected with the omniscient. Because they have not attained the inconceivable transformation, I have taught those Shravakas the one vehicle as three vehicles. When there are no faults of habits of knowable objects and afflictions, and karmic obscurations, and attachment to samadhi, then they will all become omniscient. Because they will awaken again from the realm of the uncontaminated, the Nirvana of the noble Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas in the Great Vehicle is not like a candle. If you ask, how is it? Just as they abandon the appearance of the body created by karma and afflictions, and abide in cessation, without mind and without appearance, they abide in the realm of the uncontaminated. By the power of the omniscient, they awaken from there later, and are urged by the habit of compassion, and are again called "again." The so-called "assembly" is that by the earth and the supreme Paramitas, they have perfected the accumulation of merit and wisdom that arises for the benefit of themselves and others, which is the Dharmakaya, the complete enlightenment body of the inconceivable omniscient. Moreover, having obtained such mastery over samadhi with and without appearance, they enter for the benefit of all sentient beings, so as it is said, it is the only vehicle. If one clings to different vehicles because of different observations, then the three vehicles are not only incomplete, but also for the vehicles of gods and others, they will become limitless because of various different virtues such as generosity. The saying "until the minds enter" refers to the Alaya-vijnana appearing as body, enjoyment, and place. When it becomes very strong, it empties the appearance of the two graspers, and there is no discrimination of vehicle and practitioner. Therefore, it is non-dual.

I have taught the one vehicle of the Buddha. As for others, as much as there are differences in appearance, so much are there differences in vehicles. Accomplishing the actions of gods and so on is not a vehicle, therefore establishing a vehicle does not change, and since it is endless, establishing cannot be established. If it is not so, why are three vehicles taught? This is for guidance, because only these three can completely exhaust the suffering of samsara, while the vehicles of gods and so on do not pacify the suffering of samsara. The difference of inferior, intermediate, and superior wisdom is the three vehicles. Similarly, the three liberations are for guiding to the nature of the cessation of afflictions. The selflessness of person and phenomena are, in order, for the Hearers, Solitary Buddhas, and Perfectly Awakened Buddhas. The selflessness of phenomena is the one vehicle itself. There, there is no difference between vehicle and liberation. Because the power of wisdom exists in the most excellent, since there is no contradiction in the nature of reality, there is no other explanation. The selflessness of phenomena itself is the nature of the Great Vehicle, those three liberations arise from it, therefore they abide in it. Then, how does it arise? Therefore, it is taught that equality wisdom, which is non-duality. Affliction means the ignorance of affliction, its liberation, that is, the liberation of Hearers and Solitary Buddhas, is abandoning these, this is understanding the intention, so it is said: The liberation of abandoning the obscuration of knowledge of the non-dual equality wisdom of grasping and being grasped, abandons the liberation of the afflictions of Hearers and Solitary Buddhas. Distraction is immovability, similarly, having transcended the characteristics of hardness, wetness, warmth, movement, impermanence, suffering, ugliness, and so on of external objects, abiding in the selflessness of phenomena, this is unobtainable, that is, unobtainable. The teaching says: Connected with the imprints of afflictions. This refers to ignorance without afflictions. Arising means the cause of arising.
