Do. It is that which understands the permanent, but it is the imputed that the sound is made clear by the teacher, and it is not the chanting of the practitioner that makes the letters appear. Because the chanting and the letters are not different, the practitioners deceive beings with names. Apart from the order of letters, the sound is great and there is no order. By holding the order to the unordered, one does not believe that it can explain the meaning. Words enter into names, and names can reveal meaning, as it is said. In all places, all distinctions, words and letters are names, so there is no name apart from them. Relying on the sign, from that gathering, one understands names and so on. The truth is that because there are no names and so on apart from letters, relying on the sign, the names and so on of that order are established as words. If the all-knowing one dwells in the samadhi of the power of speech, he will accomplish the separation of the meaning expressed in the mandala of sound. The former is considered to be the characteristic of collecting what has been said. The latter is considered to be the statement of speaking of the assembly. The difference between these considerations is that the meaning of the statement is taken, and the words are separated from the limbs and concordant and discordant dharmas in the statement, which is the distinction between words and the meaning of words. The two are that the words and the meaning of the words are taken, and they are fully understood as the meaning of the assembled statement. That is what he said, in general it is speech, in particular it is statement, and whatever is left over from saying it in connection with other words is the meaning of the statement. Or the connection is the meaning of the statement. In eliminating others, the general and the particular are spoken of, and what is left over from that is the particular. The so-called meeting of words is when the word is understood, it becomes a statement. Not only does it analyze the collection of words, but it also shows the analysis of the collection of names. Great wisdom, the name is like this, that is, by the letters and so on. From A and so on to the end of Ha, each one is understood as a name, that is, between A, Ka, and Ha. Some say that the collection of letters starts from A and ends with Ha, and the letters that are connected separately are the thought of the name.

It should be used well. The tones of short, drawn, and long sounds are all considered by the omniscient to be the names of letters. The nature of letters can be revealed, so it is what manifests. For example, the statement "words are ultimate" refers to the happiness of those words, such as elephants and horses. The so-called name and letter refer to the formless aggregates. The so-called declaration by name refers to speculating on the meaning of sounds, but it does not reveal their meaning. The so-called letter manifests by its own nature, and nature refers to characteristics and categories. The so-called declaration by name and sentence refers to the interval of declaration by name sentences. Since the meaning of sounds does not exist, the special statement is that the omniscient one himself is the measure. The cause of having wisdom is the three natures, which means there is no wisdom there. This is not a question, so how should it be said? The wise ask whether impermanence of form etc. is other or not other? To this, the Blessed One said: Regarding form etc., whether impermanence itself is other or not other, this question was not answered by the Blessed One, so it should be put aside. The statement of not prophesying is the statement of the heretics, such as those who change directions say that as long as there is life, there is a body, and the length of life is the length of the body. Gathering and separation, life is the measure of the body, this is what reasonable people say, and there is no subtle existence in space. The so-called discrimination of cause refers to the universal discrimination of permanence, self, Brahma, Ishvara, etc. as causes. It is considered that the results arising from those causes are neither the same nor different, and cannot be predicted. The so-called "not in my scriptures," then how is it said? For the two natures that are both and not both, etc., it is unpredictable, because the scriptures of the omniscient say that everything is inconceivable. For example, that which is apprehended and that which apprehends are not in accordance, discriminating and not appearing, and also not non-dual truth.
