Appearances of things as such are not distinguished by different characteristics such as permanence and self, because ignorance that does not settle equally is fully matured, so it only appears, therefore it is a misjudgment. The so-called "misjudgment is not reality" means it is not the ultimate nature. The minds of children are inverted with clinging to things like permanence. The minds of the noble ones are not inverted because they fully know momentary destruction and so on. Things that are not real appear separately, and are neither impermanent nor permanent. Therefore, the All-Knowing One said, "Neither does the inverted mind arise, nor does the non-inverted mind arise." The so-called "there is no other" is because children cling to it and the mind enters the object of complete imputation. What is that like? It is "if", if it slightly becomes the consciousness of the noble ones, what is the object of the wisdom of the noble ones like, that is not a confused image. The so-called "misjudgment is also inverted and not inverted" refers to clinging to permanence, beauty, etc. on the misjudgment itself as inverted. There, the impermanence, impurity, etc. that appear as they are are not inverted. In the ultimate sense, because there is no self-nature, as it is said, its self-nature does not have two forms, but for children, with the inversion of permanence, self, selfhood, etc., they will obtain the appearance of the suffering of samsara. Similarly, for the noble ones, the appearance of impermanence, suffering, ugliness, etc. as true words leads to liberation. Among them, the own characteristic is hardness, wetness, warmth, and so on. The common characteristic is impermanence and so on. The so-called "no noise" is because they like to live alone, and the solitary Buddhas do not live with the masses. There is a difference in the appearances seen by children and wise people. Among them, children cling to things, while wise people understand emptiness.

It is to obtain the lineage of the vast. How do children universally conceive of the characteristics of error, such as permanence, self, things belonging to self, agent, action, and agent? If it exists in this way, then at that time, my teachings, arising in dependence, will also be equal to arising from the cause of the heretics. It is also unreasonable, because the fruit of the causes of permanence and self are known to be harmful by valid means. Thus, contemplate the meaning of the words of the All-Knowing One. If error is similar to illusion, then like illusion, it becomes the cause of others. How will it change? How do heretics think that permanence and self, etc., how can error not turn into a cause? One should contemplate the intention of the Great Wisdom. The All-Knowing One has also taught to abandon, error is not like illusion. The reason for saying the cause is that error is without the cause of obtaining the fault of bad states. Is that illusion not transformed in that way? In response to this question, it is said, Great Wisdom, illusion does not cause one to obtain the fault of bad states. How does it not cause one to obtain it? And especially it is said, if one does not distinguish, like this, as it appears in the scriptures: 'What are the various worlds that are not desired? Universal thought and desire are the desires of men. Like the body in the various worlds, therefore the hero subdues his desires there.' Like this. Therefore, the All-Knowing One said this, Great Wisdom, illusion arises from the power of the mantras of other men, not from one's own inverted discrimination, like the error of permanence and self, etc., illusion arises. Therefore, error creates the habit of the fault of bad states, but not by merely discriminating as illusion. 'At that time' means in the midst of error, between error and confusion. How do heretics truly universally conceive of substance, qualities, and actions, etc., on the appearance of the nature of error? Those noble ones who have obtained liberation such as non-duality and emptiness, they are not confused by the appearance of the nature of error.
