Therefore, the skillful wisdom shows the characteristics of each. There are four aspects to this: being skilled in distinguishing the characteristics of enlightenment and nirvana, being skilled in distinguishing the behaviors of sentient beings with skillful means, and being skilled in showing the characteristics of suchness to sentient beings, being able to enter without hindrance to enable sentient beings to realize the wisdom and fruition of enlightenment, and also enabling others to abide in that wisdom because one has previously entered into such behavior. Furthermore, its classification has four aspects: reaching the truth of all phenomena, being skilled in existence and non-existence, rejoicing in the mind when wisdom arises, and being skilled in guiding and showing the definitive meaning. Moreover, the skillful wisdom is that the true nature is free from terminology, and expressing and showing it with language is skillful wisdom. Speaking of wisdom, it is the meaning of reliance, the place seen by the Buddha's wisdom is the true limit. Alternatively, the scriptures rely on reason, reason is in accordance with behavior, and behavior is related to fruition, which is called the Buddha-ground. The Tathagata sees by seeing, that is, seeing the phenomena of existence and non-existence. Phenomena are the characteristics of the completely imputed, the other-dependent, and the thoroughly established, these three. Knowing the superior intention of sentient beings is to know without hindrance the behavior of sentient beings, as well as their superior intention and entry. Seeing the characteristics of phenomena as they truly are, and also showing them to sentient beings in the same way. Showing in this way is itself the wisdom of non-deception, and with such realization, showing one Dharma to sentient beings, due to different faculties, becomes five vehicles, but in reality, it is one, not two or three. In the Sutra, it says, "Light Protector, for example..." to "all births," those metaphors are also divided into two types: general metaphors and individual metaphors. This is the first, mountains and earth, up to the earth is what is to be generated. The great three-thousandfold world is the basis of generation. Those trees are also the virtuous Dharmas of the world and beyond.

This is an example of seeds. Medicine and forests are examples of the five vehicles having different seeds. In the sutra, from "great clouds and water arise" to "the great thousand world realm," these examples are divided into four types: the example of the Dharma king appearing in the world, the example of the teachings moistening the directions, the example of fruits maturing differently, and the example of not thinking of being so moistened. The rising of clouds is related to the first example. The following is related to the second example. The emanation body covering many beneficial things is the meaning of the cloud. That cloud also has ten qualities, which are shown in the verses. One emanation body prays and universally appears in all world realms, which is the meaning of covering. At the same time, the equal rain falls, which is the meaning of fruits maturing individually, and also the meaning of teaching the Dharma with one voice. In the sutra, from "the grass and trees here" to "grow and increase," is an example of fruits maturing individually. Among them, there are those that are directly moistened and mature, and those that mature indirectly. Because there are three types here, the vehicle also becomes three types. Among them, the sutra says, for example, there are three sick people, one of whom will definitely live whether they meet a skilled doctor or not; one who will live if the doctor treats them, but will not live if they are not treated; and one who will not live even if the doctor treats them. The order of the size of the fruits also corresponds in the same way. Mentioning large trees, medium trees, and small trees also refers to the examples of scripture, reasoning, practice, and fruit. The fruits correspond in order. The same water makes the small trees grow, which refers to those who abide in the irreversible ground. Growing up refers to two situations: below the seventh ground is the small tree growing up, and above the eighth ground is definitely growing up. Among them, below the first ground is the practice of being completely with outflows. Below the seventh ground is the practice of both with and without outflows. Above the eighth ground is the practice of being completely without outflows. Or, below the first ground is the small tree growing up, and above the first ground is the irreversible ground, which is large.
