That is extremely terrifying! An exceedingly cruel Yaksha dwells there. And also guiding the corpses of humans. These words show the five examples of the demons abiding in the sky. Among them, the first three sentences show the example of wrong view. The following half sentence shows the example of discipline and asceticism. The following sentence shows the example of the view of the perishable aggregates. The following sentence shows the example of pride in views. The following sentence shows the extreme view. Furthermore, for those views, first the general characteristics of views are shown. After that, the individual characteristics and behaviors of the views are shown. Those cruel-hearted beings such as Yakshas destroy the root of all virtues with wrong views, just like Yakshas following human corpses. In the Sutra it says: "Snakes and centipedes and wild animals." Up to "They also dwell in ruined houses." It shows that all afflictions arise from wrong views, therefore, cruel and vicious beings are used as examples. It is said that children become places of birth and growth. In the Sutra it says: "However much those Yakshas are satisfied." Up to "They delight in putting them into conflict." Between, the five views such as wrong views grow and develop, which is to become satisfied. The behavior from the three doors is frightening in other ways, and the pride of discipline and asceticism, and the conflict of harming sentient beings with the pride of asceticism makes oneself happy, just as going to higher realms with the pride of discipline and asceticism is the same. "The height of a cubit and likewise the height of a fathom." Refers to holding the pride of discipline and the pride of asceticism as primary, thereby seeking the meaning beyond the world. In the Sutra it says: "Those dogs grab the feet." Up to "They delight in putting them into conflict." Between, it is the separate distinction of the characteristics of behavior. Non-Buddhists seeking liberation are not the correct Dharma, and being proud of discipline and asceticism with dog-like behavior is grasping the feet of dogs. Completely opposing the throat refers to discipline and asceticism.

Thinking that the state of bliss of Nirvana is bliss is like a dog's throat being blocked. Seeking the joy of liberation through perverse asceticism is like a dog feeling happy because it is tired. The Sutra says: "Naked, weak and emaciated." Until "Extremely hungry, seeking all kinds of food." This in between is a metaphor for the view of the perishable collection. Co-born and separately born are huge and far-reaching. Being afraid without a cause of virtue, and without shame, is like being naked. Because of the obscuration associated with ignorance, because the part of abiding in the correct view is small, it is emaciated. Because of clinging to the five aggregates, it abides there. Because of the cause of the afflictive dharmas, the ego-grasping arises and increases, therefore the view of self arises and increases everywhere, just like being extremely hungry and seeking food. The Sutra says: "Some people prick the face of a cow with a needle." This is a metaphor for the view of pride, meaning that one cannot understand and comprehend the good views of others. The Sutra says: "Like a man and like a dog." This shows the clinging to extremes. Just as a bull's head has two horns, those with prideful views will have two attachments: the attachment to permanence and the attachment to annihilation. The attachment to annihilation is because all causes and effects are abandoned, just like a sinner eating human flesh. The attachment to permanence is not so great a sin, just like eating dog meat. The Sutra says: "Breaking the rough sound and making a sound." Until "Because of craving for food, one is extremely distressed, so one looks around in all directions." This is an example of other behaviors. In the end, thirty-seven heretical views arise from these two views, just like tangled hair. Being separated from the food of the correct teachings, not finding the clear water of the correct view, because of hunger and thirst, the inner mind is tormented, so one looks in all directions and makes a sound. The Sutra says: "Always from windows and cracks." From "also" to "Thus, that house becomes disgusting and fearful." This in between is a summary, heretics with various inverted views, for example, like yakshas, etc.
