This is the beginning. Clothing means to cover, that is, to obtain the supreme great fruit, to cover many sentient beings with compassion. Or, holding this sacred Dharma is like being covered by the robes of the Tathagata. It should be related to this. In the sutra, from "King of the Gods, Indra" to "manifesting the magical garment", it shows the gods' offerings and praises, scattering many flowers, which shows the meaning of understanding this sacred Dharma. In the sutra, from "magical flowers" to "becoming like clouds in the sky", it shows the wonderfulness, staying in the sky, which shows that hearing this Dharma surpasses the four types of beings. In the sutra, from "hundreds of thousands of heavenly musical instruments" to "manifesting and descending", it shows the offering of heavenly music, because hearing the voice of the Dharma understands its meaning, so it shows the offering of musical instruments. In the sutra, from "saying like this" to "turning the wheel of Dharma", it shows praise, and also distinguishes between single sentences and verses. Compared to other teachings, this is the wheel of Dharma that possesses both provisional and definitive meanings, and it is supreme. In the sutra, from "those sons of the gods" to "it is difficult for others to believe in this", the seven and a half verses are divided into four parts. The first two verses say that the meaning spoken before is small, and the meaning spoken now is great. The following two and a half verses praise the joy of following the ultimate truth. The two verses say that by generating the realization of others, oneself can also achieve Buddhahood. One verse shows dedication, this is the beginning. Explaining the arising and ceasing of the five aggregates shows the meaning of the four truths, showing abandoning the non-definitive meaning and entering the definitive meaning. In the sutra, from "the good guide now speaks" to "warriors, we rejoice", it shows rejoicing in the supreme Dharma and entering into vast practice. In the sutra, from "for example, the virtuous and upright say" to "may we also aspire to enlightenment."

In between, it shows self-enlightenment and dedication by means of generating the realization of others. From the sutra, from "Then, the venerable Shariputra" to "Like the sun free from clouds", it first shows the provisional and definitive meanings to those with sharp faculties. Because it has become meaningful, it is taught to show it to those with intermediate faculties by means of metaphors. The noble Shariputra understood the meaning, and after hearing the prophecy, he again asked the Blessed One in order to benefit himself and others, and in order to be in accordance with the intention of the Tathagata, Shariputra asked. From the sutra, from "Blessed One, what are these" to "If doubt arises", it is discussing the doubts of others, the view of arising and the view of destruction, which refer to the extremes of views of existence and non-existence. The view of self is a wrong view. The sixty-two heretical views of these views are all gathered here and developed from them. In order to be free from the faults of these views, it is taught in this way. Alternatively, because these three views generate all defilements, the Blessed One, in order to be free from these views, cuts off the cause of defilements, and the result will not arise either. Thus, those who have reached the end of Nirvana in the Small Vehicle are also confused by the teaching of this definitive and provisional meaning. From the sutra, from "Blessed One, how can these four assemblies" to "Sugata, please teach", it is discussing the elimination of doubts, first stating the reasons, and then pacifying with reason. From the sutra, from "Asked thus" to "Enter the Bodhisattva Vehicle", it is the Blessed One wanting to teach the great meaning, and answering in a concise way, as well as showing the metaphor of the city, and the combination of metaphor and meaning, these three.

For example, let's discuss. In the sutra, from "Shariputra, it is like this" to "has become decrepit," this example can be divided into two forms: prose and verse. In the prose form, the example is shown first, and then the meaning is explained after the example. The examples are also divided into the example of the guiding meaning first, and then the example of the definitive meaning. In the example of the guiding meaning, there are also the example of the Buddha residing in the three realms, the example of the five types of beings devouring, the example of the wealthy householder seeing a great fire burning and guiding with methods, and the example of the children listening to the householder's words and being liberated from suffering. The first example can be further divided into six aspects: its location, its owner, its old and young, its wealth, its house, and its windows. City, town, and village refer to the location. The three vehicles, emptiness manifesting as an emanation Buddha, he is the master who possesses freedom in that three-thousandfold world, just as a wealthy captain becomes the master of a city. "Has become decrepit" refers to showing old and young, that is, the Bhagavan is old and has reached the ultimate with various wisdoms. In the sutra, from "wealthy jewels" to "the only door," it refers to showing wealth, being wealthy and having many jewels, which refers to having the seven noble riches. House refers to the ripened consciousness, which should be regarded as a house. Or, just as the great king of the world rules the four directions, the Bhagavan also becomes the place and master of many beings. "The only door" refers to the fact that the door is the necessary place for arising and entering. Similarly, this only teaching allows all beings to enter the place of Nirvana, therefore it is called a door. In the sutra, from "dilapidated and covered with grass" to "one hundred, two hundred, or five hundred beings live there," it refers to the example of the five types of beings devouring. From this point onwards, it shows the example of many beings living, the house being dilapidated, burning on all four sides, and many children living there, this is the first. In the sutra, from "the houses are also leaning" to...
