This explains the making of images. The sutra says, "Whoever draws the form of a body on a wall," up to "All of them will attain enlightenment." This verse explains drawing the form of a body in a picture. The sutra says, "Some, even when they are learning," up to "All of them will attain enlightenment." This verse explains drawing the form of a body from play. The sutra says, "All of them will become compassionate," up to "Thoroughly introduce many Bodhisattvas." This verse explains the brief meaning, that whoever possesses a mind of great compassion, whatever good deeds they do, accompanied by a mind of compassion, will cross over and attain enlightenment. The sutra says, "The relics of the Tathagatas," up to "Offer flowers and incense to them." From here on, seven verses explain the performance of offerings, with six and a half verses explaining the performance of offerings, and two and a half verses explaining the brief meaning. Among them, one verse explains the performance of offerings with four objects, one verse explains the performance of offerings with music, one verse explains the performance of offerings with song, and one verse explains the performance of offerings with bodily actions. By offering flowers, one obtains the flowers of the seven limbs of enlightenment. By offering incense, one obtains the voice of the Dharmakaya. By offering banners, one obtains dharani and turns away from sin. By offering umbrellas, one covers sentient beings with the four immeasurables. The sutra says, "There, whoever causes cymbals to be struck," up to "Striking the water and clapping the hands." This explains the performance of offerings with music. The sutra says that music and young, beautiful women steal the minds of others, so they should not be given as alms, but if they are offered to the Buddha, there is no conflict. The sutra says, "For the sake of offering to the Sugata," up to "Offer to the relics in many ways." This verse explains the performance of offerings with song and beautiful music, so that one may obtain the voice of Brahma. The sutra says, "To the relics of the Sugata, even a little," up to "They...

Between "seeing hundreds of millions of Buddhas with the eye," it is taught that flower offerings should be made. What is the difference between offering with four objects and offering with flowers? This is to make offerings with a disturbed mind. The sutra says, "Whoever joins their palms at that stupa," to "Likewise, bow down once." This verse teaches that bodily offerings should be made. Offering with songs and music is the offering of speech. Thinking of making offerings in this way is the offering of mind. Other than this is called external, chaotic offerings. The sutra says: "Saluting the Buddha and saying a word," to "All of them will attain enlightenment." This verse teaches that attaining enlightenment by reciting the names of the Buddhas. If reciting the name of the Buddha once can attain supreme enlightenment, what need is there to mention reciting it many times? The sutra says, "At that time, those Sugatas," to "All of them will attain enlightenment." This verse teaches that sentient beings, having heard the Dharma, will attain the wisdom of omniscience. The sutra says, "Later, countless billions of Buddhas will appear," to "This method will also be well explained." From here onwards, seven and a half verses explain the Dharma of the future. Among them, four and a half verses explain that it is in accordance with what is being explained now. Three verses repeat and explain the previous meaning. The previous is also divided into two: one verse explains that it is only similar in method, and two and a half verses explain that it is completely consistent. One verse explains why it is explained. The sutra says, "Those skilled in means are limitless," to "Having heard this Dharma, they will not become Buddhas." This verse teaches that it will be truly accomplished, and in this way, all sentient beings who hear the Dharma will without exception become Buddhas. The sutra says, "The aspirations of the Tathagatas," to "Having practiced for enlightenment, they cause others to practice." This verse teaches why it is explained, and it also shows the power of past aspirations. The sutra says:
