From "Whoever and transforms this Dharma of yours" to "is about discussing the ripening of causes and requesting the teaching of the Dharma. The sutra says, "These, like me, are one hundred and twelve." to "May they also generate the greatest joy." is about discussing both oneself and others, and requesting the teaching of the Dharma. The sutra says, "Then the Blessed One" to "I will tell you" is about definitely prophesying from the four modes of prophecy, and promising and prophesying, that is, previously discussing the two modes of prophecy. After that, it is combined with the five degenerations. Giving the four doubts, this is the first: prophesying after promising, also the Blessed One allowed to speak, and showed the removal of the conceited ones. "Listen well and very carefully, and keep it in mind," is to gather the senses and listen to the teachings. The sutra says, "As soon as the Blessed One spoke those words" to "The retinue left from there" is to show the departure of the conceited ones. The sutra says, "Like this, the conceited ones" to "The retinue left from there" is to show the reason why those conceited ones left. First, it says what is difficult to obtain: obtaining a human body, being born in the central region, having complete senses, and seeing the Tathagata appear in the world, hearing the true Dharma, these are difficult to obtain, then why did these conceited retinues stand up and leave? This is because of two reasons: the heavy ripening of sins, and becoming conceited. The heavy sins refer to the obscuration of afflictions, the obscuration of karma, and the obscuration of ripening, that is, becoming one's own fault. Because of the obscuration of these three faults, one cannot obtain the noble fruit. The so-called pride refers to the superior pride among the seven types of pride, and having the wrong pride of thinking that one has obtained what one has not obtained. Because one has not obtained the noble fruit and has not realized the unconditioned, one has not become a vessel, therefore one stands up and leaves. The sutra says, "The Blessed One remained silent," this is because the definite fruit has ripened, that is, the Blessed One.

It also shows that even due to the power of the seasons, it is not abandoned. In the sutra, from "Then the Bhagavan..." to "explaining its meaning," it eliminates the unexamined retinue, intending to preach the Dharma to the excellent retinue who have become vessels. In the sutra, from "Listen again to the Bhagavan" to "occasionally appears in a hundred paths," it shows that from here on, one should make the unheard heard, and that the Dharma to be preached is difficult to understand, and that one should rely on the means spoken by the Tathagata, etc., and that one should abide in the one vehicle, and that one should show the abandonment of the two grasps. This shows that one should make the unheard heard, and that which is difficult to hear and its metaphor. When the wheel-turning monarch appears, the ocean dries up, just as the Udumbara flower appears, when the Buddha Bhagavan appears in the world, the continuum of samsara weakens, and the meaning of the Great Vehicle becomes clear. In the sutra, from "Shariputra, like this..." to "I do not speak of others," it shows that one should believe in the words of the Tathagata. In the sutra, "Shariputra, the obscurities of the Tathagata are difficult to understand" shows that one should preach. In the sutra, from "What is the reason for this" to "the Tathagata knows," it is to symbolize the meaning to be preached, which transcends the realm of observation and realization, and is the meaning of suchness, the true meaning. If it transcends all verbal expressions, then the Bhagavan, possessing skillful means, symbolizes the meaning of the three vehicles through letters and words. In the sutra, from "What is the reason for this" to "appears in the world," it shows the meaning to be relied upon, that is, the same thing, mentioned before and explained later, this is the first. What is to be relied upon is the Dharma known only by the Bhagavan, which is the meaning that is difficult to understand. In order to benefit sentient beings, he teaches the Dharma in conjunction with their respective faculties. In the sutra, from "Thus, Shariputra" to "enters the path of seeing wisdom," from here on, the Dharma to be preached is explained in detail, a great matter.
