The Mahasamghika, Ekavyavaharika, and Kukkutika schools say: A single moment of mind can encompass everything. A single moment of wisdom, in accordance with the mind, knows all dharmas. The wisdom of cessation and non-arising constantly continues. Thus it is said, and it should be understood as taught in the treatises of the various schools. Here, if it is combined with the teachings of the Mahayana, and because the individual explanations differ, in the commentary on the Abhidharmasamuccaya by Acarya Asanga, it is said that the two vehicles consider that they attain omniscience, but it is not sarvakarajnana. Therefore, in that commentary, it is said that because the meaning of the scriptures is not well understood. As it is said in the verses: Because of the constant cause, because of the ability, it is considered that everything is exhausted. Because it does not know everything at once, it is considered to be omniscient in that way. Thus it is said. Therefore, it is known that their treatise considers that it is difficult or easy to attain sarvajnana without understanding the alaya-vijnana. If someone asks: Is it not omniscience to understand that all dharmas are without self? The answer is: Although it is omniscience, it is not sarvakarajnana. It is stated extensively in that very text. In conjunction with this explanation, the so-called omniscience refers to the wisdom that encompasses the understanding of all dharmas and is non-conceptual, with different characteristics, and there is no contradiction in saying so. Furthermore, if combined with these explanations, the Tathagata considers that in a single moment he understands the dharmas and so on that are in accordance with his own nature, which is largely in agreement with the tenets of the Mahasamghika school. The difference is that their treatises do not distinguish the meaning of the four parts, so here, in the treatises established from the perspective of vijnapti-matra, apart from the view, the others are not based on reason, and so on, these teachings should also be stated. In the commentary on the Arya Prajnaparamita, there are explanations by two teachers, some say:
