Showing the ཉིད་(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)is called turning the wheel of Dharma. The wheel of Dharma that teaches the Perfection of Wisdom and the Ten Bhumis is wonderful, amazing, inconceivable, and has not been fully turned by any god or human. However, that wheel of Dharma is straightforward in meaning, supreme, with opponents, and with disputes. From the Garden of Anathapindika to about one footstep away, there is a pond. Whoever drinks water or bathes there will increase their wisdom, so everyone calls it the Pond of Giving Wisdom. The Bhagavan spoke the Sutra of the Great Vehicle Perfection of Wisdom near that pond, so the name of that pond was named the Pond of the Wise Girl because it is the place of the daughters of the gods. The third is that after the Bhagavan attained complete enlightenment, after thirty-eight years, he stayed in the Dharma hall of the king of the pretas in the land of Vaishali (ཡངས་བ་ཅན།), and spoke the Sutra of Definitive Interpretation, the Teaching of Vimalakirti, and the Sutra of the White Lotus of the Sacred Dharma to the Bodhisattva Meaningful True Noble and others. This is the third time. For the sake of completely transforming those who practice the three vehicles, the Bhagavan taught that all dharmas are without essence, without birth, without cessation, peaceful from the beginning, and completely beyond suffering by nature. This is the teaching of the wheel of characteristics of non-discrimination, so that wheel of Dharma is extremely pure, wonderful, amazing, inconceivable, definitive in meaning, supreme, without opponents, and without disputes. For the sake of sentient beings with dull faculties, the Tathagata gradually spoke the wheel of Dharma. It is said that if the Tathagata spoke it, why did it become three forms? It is said that it is the establishment of truth and the non-establishment of truth. The Dharma taught in the Deer Park is the establishment of the four truths. The Dharma spoken in the Jeta Grove is the non-establishment of the two truths. The Dharma explained in Vaishali (ཡངས་བ་ཅན།) is the

This is non-discrimination of truth, because whether it is the ultimate truth or the conventional truth, it has become certain, so it is called non-discrimination of truth. From the transmitted statements, the Sammatīya master says that the first turning of the Dharma wheel was when he attained complete enlightenment on the eighth day of the middle spring month, and on the eighth day of the first summer month, he turned the first Dharma wheel in Varanasi. The second turning of the Dharma wheel was for the Bodhisattvas and the Two Vehicles, and the Prajñāpāramitā Sutras were spoken. From the transmitted statement, the first turning of the Dharma wheel includes the number of the sun and the moon. The second turning of the Dharma wheel is for the Two Vehicles, and the other meanings are in accordance with the explanation of the Commentary on the Definitive Word Sutra. Furthermore, in the Commentary on the Definitive Word Sutra, it is said that if the second teaching was given in Vaishali, it would contradict what is said in the Sutra, because the Sutra says that it was in Vulture Peak Mountain in Rajagriha. Here, the Tripitaka master Xuanzang said that these three Dharma wheels only indicate the location, and do not specify the time, sun, moon, or year. The location of the first turning of the Dharma wheel is consistent with what the Sammatīya master said, and should be distinguished as mentioned above. It is said that the second turning of the Dharma wheel was spoken in sixteen places gathered in four locations, such as the Hundred Thousand Verse Prajñāpāramitā, etc., as mentioned above. The Sammatīya master said that he stayed in Anathapindika's Garden in Shravasti, which is to explain that one of the four locations is completely perfect. The third turning of the Dharma wheel was spoken while residing in two locations, namely pure lands and impure lands, as mentioned above. In the Sammatīya master's notes, it is said that if it is said that he stayed in Vaishali, it would indicate that he stayed in an impure land, which would be inconsistent with the Sutra. In general, the Lotus Sutra and the Avatamsaka Sutra
