The cloud of wisdom of the great Dharma, moistened by the water of various virtues, is like a great cloud. The awareness that focuses on all the phenomena that are integrated into it is like a great cloud. The doors of Dharani and Samadhi are like water, because wisdom can moisten them, just as clouds moisten water. The second is like the sky, covering the evil destinies, just as a great cloud covers the sky, the non-abiding awareness that is integrated into all phenomena, also like the sky, is vast and boundless, covering the two obscurations of afflictions and knowledge. Therefore, to cover means to obstruct and abandon. The third is for the purpose of perfecting the Dharmakaya, just as a great cloud fills the sky with extremely cool water, the wisdom that focuses on all integrated phenomena also perfects the Dharmakaya, which is the source of immeasurable and extraordinary virtues. Because it has forever abandoned the extremely subtle afflictions and the two obscurations of knowledge, it is without attachment and without obstruction, manifesting in all ways from the objects of knowledge. For the sake of attaining perfect enlightenment, the eleventh is "Buddha," which is called the explanation of the eleventh Buddha. Thus, the first moment of Vajra-like Samadhi becomes the uninterrupted path, and in an instant, it abandons the extremely subtle seeds of the two obscurations. Because it has abandoned the obscuration of afflictions, it is called without attachment. Because it has abandoned the obscuration of knowledge, it is called without obstruction. The second moment becomes the path of liberation, and whatever perfect enlightenment is manifested from all objects of knowledge is the aspect of mind that is endowed with the four wisdoms, and is called the manifestation of perfect enlightenment. Among them, the word "Buddha," Buddha has five meanings. The ground has three meanings. Therefore, the ground of Buddha

In the commentary, it says: "By the Buddha" refers to possessing the wisdom of omniscience, all dharmas free from afflictions and cognitive obscurations, and the self-wisdom blooming from all characteristics, causing all sentient beings to awaken from a state like sleep, like a lotus opening, therefore called Buddha. The ground is the abode, the field of activity, and the collection, which is the complete purification of the Dharmadhatu, as well as mirror-like wisdom, the wisdom of equality, discriminating wisdom, and accomplishing wisdom fully enjoyed, with the intention of oneness and integration, etc. Whatever these are, they are the Buddha's abode, field of activity, and collection, therefore called "by the Buddha." Among them, there are five meanings: the ultimate truth, possessing the wisdom of the conventional truth, thoroughly understanding the objects of the ultimate truth and the conventional truth, causing oneself and others to awaken, and being free from ignorance. Having attained the complete liberation of wisdom is like awakening from sleep, because the attachment to desire has been abandoned. Having attained the complete liberation of mind is like a lotus opening, because it possesses these five meanings, therefore it is called Buddha. Here, this sutra shows that it possesses four meanings: the first is being free from obscurations, as it is said, "Afflictions and cognitive obscurations, even in their most subtle aspects, have been abandoned." The second is possessing two wisdoms, namely the wisdom of the emptiness of sentient beings and the emptiness of dharmas, as it is said, "Without attachment and without obstruction." The third is thoroughly understanding the objects of the ultimate truth and the conventional truth, as it is said, "The field of activity that should be known in all aspects." The fourth is possessing the ability to awaken oneself and others, as it is said, "For the sake of attaining complete and perfect enlightenment." Among them, the three meanings are becoming the abode, field of activity, and collection of all, which should be understood as explained above. Furthermore, in the "Noble Buddha-bhumi Sutra," it is said that the Buddha-bhumi is summarized by five dharmas, namely the complete purification of the Dharmadhatu, and the four wisdoms.

Thus it is declared, as stated in the extensive explanation itself (referring to the sutra). Here, for the purpose of concluding, it is declared that the eleventh bhumi is the Buddha-bhumi. In the Sutra Unraveling the Boundaries, it is said: Having abandoned the extremely subtle obscurations of afflictions and knowledge, in order to attain attachment-free and unobstructed, manifest and complete enlightenment from all obscurations of knowledge, therefore it is said that the eleventh bhumi is the Buddha-bhumi. In the Sutra Unraveling the Profound Meaning, it says: Since all extremely subtle habitual tendencies, and all objects, are free from the habitual tendencies of the obscurations of knowledge, and one attains mastery over all dharmas without attachment or obstruction, therefore it is said that the eleventh bhumi is the Buddha-bhumi. The extensive explanation refers to the commentary on the Noble Ten Bhumis Sutra, the commentary on the Compendium of the Great Vehicle, translated during the time of the Lankavatara, and what is taught in the Yogacarabhumi, it should be understood accordingly.
