Thus it is established. Therefore, the threefold recitation and the twelve aspects of the Dharma category are said to be the Dharma wheel, which is in accordance with correct reasoning, as it is said, and it is explained in detail therein. According to the treatises that are in accordance with correct reasoning, the Sarvastivada Vaibhashikas' view, in short, is that all noble paths are called Dharma wheels. Like this, the nature of the threefold recitation is said to be encompassed by the three paths. Generating the path of seeing in the continuum of others is called 'already turned' because it is the first to begin turning. Because only the path of seeing is the first of the Dharma wheel, therefore, the Dharma wheel is only the path of seeing, as it is said, and the gods and others say that they turn the Dharma wheel from the beginning, but they do not rely on the other two paths, as it is recorded. The Mahasanghika school says that the nature of the Dharma wheel is self-nature. Therefore, in the Great Vaibhasha Shastra, it says: They say that all the Buddha's words are the Dharma wheel. The Sutra school's treatises, as explained in the Abhidharmakosha, have two natures: the nature of the doctrine and the nature of all noble paths. They cite the noble scriptures as their source, as explained in other treatises. If combined with the treatises of various schools, the Mahasanghika school, the Sauthantrika school, the Lokottaravada school, and the Kukkutika school all agree that all the Tathagata's words are turning the Dharma wheel. The Bahushrutiya school says that the Buddha's five kinds of words are the transcendental teachings, namely, impermanence, suffering, emptiness, selflessness, and nirvana are peace. Because these five generate the path of renunciation, therefore, the Tathagata

Other sayings are that it is the worldly teaching. All of the above teachings are shown in the scriptures of the noble ones, having the nature of the wheel of Dharma. Here, if combined with the teachings of the Mahayana, then the path of the noble ones and the teachings of the noble ones are shown to have the nature of the wheel of Dharma. Therefore, in this sutra, it is said that the first two wheels of Dharma are not definitive in meaning. The third wheel of Dharma is the sutra of definitive meaning. In the Sutra Unraveling the Profound Meaning, it is said that the second is the sutra of provisional meaning, and the third is the sutra of definitive meaning. The reason why the first one is not shown as the sutra of provisional meaning is because the translators abbreviated it. If combined with the teachings taught in this sutra and others, then everything shows that the teachings of the noble ones are the wheel of Dharma. In the treatise Yogacarabhumi-sastra, the teachings and practices are generally shown. Therefore, it says that because the nature of accomplishment manifests from correct views and so on, it is called the wheel of Dharma. Like this, Brahma refers to the epithet of the Tathagata Arhat, and because he completely turns it, it is called the wheel of Brahma. Furthermore, in the treatise Yogacarabhumi-sastra, it is shown that the wheel of Dharma is turned by five aspects, so it should be said here. Therefore, it says: Furthermore, turning the wheel of Dharma with five aspects, it should be known that this is the well-turned wheel of Dharma. What are the five? When the Bhagavan became a Bodhisattva, what was attained by aiming at what, by what means was it attained, what was attained, and that which was attained also generates certainty in the continuum of others, generates faith in one's own understanding, and others also generate faith in the realization of others. Among them, the object is the four noble truths. Among them, the method is the three repetitions of the four noble truths, which is the wisdom of twelve aspects. Among them, the first repetition is like this: the previous Bodhisattva manifests

When realization occurs, one truly understands, "This is suffering, the noble truth," and so on, up to "This is the path, the noble truth." Therefore, when someone with manifest noble wisdom sees and abandons the afflictions to be abandoned, at that time, it is said that the eye of noble wisdom has arisen. Moreover, due to the distinctions of past, like me, and future, they are sequentially called eye, intelligence, and wisdom. Secondly, the second repetition is like this: with the abundant wisdom of a learner, one realizes that one has not fully understood the truth of suffering, the truth of origin that should be abandoned but has not been abandoned, the truth of cessation that should be manifested but has not been manifested, and the truth of the path that should be cultivated but has not been cultivated. Like before, one should understand the four aspects. Thirdly, the third repetition is like this: a non-learner, having attained the knowledge of exhaustion and the knowledge of non-arising, thinks, "I have done what needed to be done." Like before, one should understand the four aspects. The difference is that the first two of the four repetitions are the eye of the true noble wisdom of a learner. The last repetition is the eye of the true noble wisdom of a non-learner. Among them, the attainment to be attained should be understood as the unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment. Generating certainty in the minds of others and generating faith in one's own understanding is like this: The venerable Ajnata Kaundinya, having heard the true Dharma from the Bhagavan, initially understood the Dharma of the four noble truths, and even when asked, he said, "I have fully understood." Afterwards, just like before, with all five aspects of the ultimate form, he attained the state of an Arhat and also generated the wisdom of liberation. Furthermore, for others, generating faith in the realization of others is like this: Just as the venerable Ajnata Kaundinya said, "I have fully understood the Dharma," one should also know that Ajnata Kaundinya generated the worldly mind. Ajnata Kaundinya fully
