The second wisdom is because individual aspirations obscure the correct understanding. Because one cannot directly realize the complete Dharmakaya and cannot attain the supreme experience, the limb is not complete due to these causes and conditions, and so on. The tenth ground shows the accomplishment of the clouds of Dharma nature with ten limbs. This also has two aspects: showing that the practice of the previous limb is not complete compared to the previous one, and showing that one strives to accomplish one's own limb. This is the first. Thus, the ninth ground cannot directly realize the complete Dharmakaya because the cause is not complete. The teacher in the commentary on the True Reality says: Thus, the ninth ground is not complete, so one cannot directly realize the complete three bodies, because the limb has not become complete due to these causes and conditions. In order to make that limb complete, one can also attain it by striving and meditating. These Bodhisattvas, because of these causes and conditions, the limb is complete, this is the second, showing that one strives to accomplish one's own limb. Thus, the tenth ground is complete, so one will attain the complete Dharmakaya, because the limb will become complete due to these causes and conditions. In the translation of Lang in the commentary on the Condensed Mahayana Sutra, it says: Bodhisattvas on the ninth ground have extraordinary abilities, so they cannot attain the wisdom of the complete Dharmakaya that truly teaches the Dharma and the six unobstructed and unattached superknowledges. The reason why they cannot attain this is due to the three obscurations: the ignorance of the wisdom of the six superknowledges, and the ignorance of entering the extremely secret Dharma of the Buddhas. The cycle of accomplishment manifested by these two ignorances is called the maturation of the unfortunate state. In order to abandon these three obscurations, one accomplishes the cause of striving diligently. By striving diligently, after abandoning these three obscurations, one enters the tenth ground and will also attain the eight extraordinary purities, and will also attain the complete Dharmakaya that truly teaches the Dharma, and so on.

Thus, the meaning of the state of being in control of the Dharmadhatu can also be fully understood, because of that limb, the tenth bhumi can also be completely perfected, as it is said. The teacher said in the commentary on the True and Correct Reasoning: "The three bodies obtained after the completion of the ninth bhumi are called the complete Dharmakaya, which is the Dharmakaya that truly teaches the Dharma. The wisdom of the six superknowledges arising from the Dharmakaya is the Nirmanakaya, and in this way, because of obtaining control over karma, the Nirmanakaya can manifest and be accomplished," as it is said. Without attachment to all knowable things, and with unobstructed sublime wisdom and sublime vision, because of obtaining these, with these causes and conditions, that limb is complete, and so on. The eleventh limb shows the Buddha's teachings. This also has two aspects: showing that the practice of the later limb is not completely perfected in the former limb, and striving to perfect one's own limb, which is the first aspect. In this way, the tenth bhumi is particularly proficient in all knowable objects, and the teaching itself has no attachment, sublime wisdom and sublime vision, and for individuals, the unobstructed sublime wisdom and sublime vision of emptiness, because they cannot be obtained, with these causes and conditions, that limb is not complete. In order to perfect that limb, striving to meditate will lead to its attainment, because these causes and conditions perfect that limb, all limbs are also perfected, which is called the second aspect, showing the effort to perfect one's own limb. In this way, on this Buddha's ground, because all wisdom and vision are completely obtained, with these causes and conditions, the Buddha's status is perfected. In order to perfect the Buddha's status, all eleven limbs are also perfected. In the commentary on the Compendium of Mahayana Sutras, translated by Lang gi Tso: "Even if the Bodhisattva has perfected the tenth bhumi, because of the particularly superior ability, the pure Dharmakaya can be perfected, and without attachment to all knowable things, and unobstructed vision."
