From the sutras of meaning, it will be shown that one does not cling to the literal meaning. Those who hear this Dharma, although they do not have the power to correctly understand the Buddha's intention as it is, they will have faith in this Dharma, and they will also generate completely pure faith. This is the second, showing that great faith arises through obtaining the teachings. That is, holding the highest belief in one's own view, and because of hearing this Dharma, they do not have the power to understand the Buddha's intention, but they will generate great faith in this teaching. These sutras are spoken by the Tathagata, appearing profound and profound, possessing emptiness, difficult to see, difficult to understand, inconceivable, not the domain of speculation, after careful examination, the wise and intelligent will be convinced that this is wisdom. This is the third, fully showing the characteristics of great faith. In this way, because the meaning of this sutra has six aspects, it will be greatly believed that it is very profound. First, starting from "These sutras are" and so on, because it is believed that these sutras are spoken by the Tathagata, it is profound. Second, "appearing profound and profound" means that the sutra clearly explains the very profound meaning in detail, so detailed explanation is profound. Third, "possessing emptiness" means that the holy scriptures are merely the nature of emptiness, so they are related to emptiness, therefore they are called possessing emptiness. Fourth, "difficult to see, difficult to understand" means that these sutras cannot be seen by ordinary people, and the two vehicles cannot understand them either. Or, because ordinary people and the two vehicles cannot see and understand, they are called difficult to see, difficult to understand. Fifth, "inconceivable" and so on, means that the holy scriptures are far beyond the domain of speculation, so they become inconceivable. Among them, speculation refers to the mind and mental factors of the three realms with outflows. Or, speculation

Recognition refers to the two dharmas of thinking and observing that arise from change. Sixth, with names like Peaceful Mother, etc., it refers to the noble scriptures, the Peaceful Mother who abides on the Bodhisattva ground, being understood by those who examine, are intelligent, and capable. Twenty-ninth chapter. Thinking that I do not understand the meaning of those sutras, saying: The Bodhi of the Buddhas is extremely profound, and the Dharmata of all dharmas is also extremely profound, only the Tathagatas can fully understand, what I can understand is not, this below is relying on the second manifest trust, showing oneself belittling oneself and abiding. This can also be divided into two types: belittling oneself and abiding in the meaning of what is taught, and relying on the one who proclaims the teachings, belittling oneself and abiding. This is the first type. Like this, regarding the meaning taught in those profound sutras, belittling one's own wisdom, thinking that I am not ignorant, saying: The Buddhas, because they have attained Bodhi, possess both true and conventional wisdom, so they are extremely profound, and the Dharmata of all dharmas that they manifest, both true and conventional, are also extremely profound, because they are the nature of being free from grasping and being grasped. Only the Tathagatas can understand, our wisdom is inferior, so it is not what we can understand, thinking like this. As it is said in the Great Commentary: The form of the Dharmata of all dharmas is extremely profound and rich, only the all-knowing one can ultimately understand. And in the Garland Sutra it says: Son of good family, if someone thinks that all dharmas are extremely profound and cannot be understood by oneself, he will say: This is known by the Bhagavan, it is not my realm, only the Buddha knows, etc. The Tathagatas, in order to lead beings with various aspirations into the correct Dharma teachings, the Tathagatas possess boundless wisdom and vision, our wisdom and vision are...
