That is, it is just like showing that it obscures the actions produced by it. The second is complete ignorance of following and comprehending secrets, which is just like showing that here it obscures the wisdom of the great Dharma cloud and complete concealment. The commentary on the Holy Ten Bhumi Sutra, and the commentary on the treatise 'Compendium of the Mahayana', translated in the time of Lang, and the obscuration of not obtaining mastery over the dharmas in the Vijnaptimatrata, what is said is that among the two kinds of complete ignorance, it shows complete ignorance of following and comprehending secrets. Or, in general, it shows the collection of the two kinds of complete ignorance. In the Samdhinirmocana Sutra, it is said that the tenth bhumi is the antidote to the complete Dharma body, and in this sutra it is said that the tenth bhumi is the antidote to the obscuration of not obtaining the manifestation of the complete Dharma body, although it is said to be the collection of the two kinds of complete ignorance, in reality there is no contradiction, because there is no separate addition. In this sutra, it is said that not obtaining the complete Dharma body is shown from the perspective of the Tathagatagarbha body, therefore in the treatise 'Abhidharmasamuccaya', it is said: The so-called Dharma body is just that which is permanently abandoned of the jnanavarana and is collected by the paravrtti. In the tenth bhumi it is called complete, and in the Tathagata bhumi it is called Abhisamaya. It shows its definite meaning, although the names spoken and shown in the four treatises and this sutra are different, but because the names obtained are the same, therefore it is an explanation made from the perspective of the master. Noble son, etc., and Vipassana, in the Tathagata bhumi, the kleshavarana and jnanavarana are extremely subtle, becoming the antidote to the most extremely subtle, etc., shows the eleventh obscuration. This can also be divided into two: showing the obscuration that should be completely abandoned, and the benefits of abandoning the obscuration.

This is the teaching, this is the first. For example, one aspect of the two obscurations that arise simultaneously. Among them, what is called "extremely subtle" is the obscuration of afflictions. What is called "most extremely subtle" is the obscuration of knowledge. Alternatively, what is called "extremely subtle" and "most extremely subtle" can also be combined with the two obscurations, because they are to be completely abandoned in the ultimate state, hence they are called "extremely subtle." Because they are to be completely abandoned in the supreme state, hence they are called "most extremely subtle." Furthermore, because there is no extremely subtle pervasive ignorance, it is called "extremely subtle." Because there is no extremely subtle that has become supreme, it is called "most extremely subtle." In the commentary on the Noble Buddha-field, it says that of the two obscurations, what is to be abandoned by seeing is abandoned by the first bhumi. What is to be abandoned by cultivation, the obscuration of knowledge, is explained in accordance with what is taught in the sutras and treatises. Those that arise simultaneously from the afflictions are intentionally established in the previous ten bhumis and are not abandoned, but are first abandoned in the Buddha-field. Therefore, in the treatises established only in consciousness, it is said that although one has obtained mastery over the Dharma in this bhumi, it is not called extremely ultimate because of the remaining obscurations. Like this, the subtle obscuration of knowledge that arises simultaneously, and the seeds of the obscuration of afflictions that arise from oneself, when the vajra-like samadhi manifests, they are abandoned all at once, and thus one enters the Tathagata-field, therefore it is said that in the Buddha-field, the two pervasive ignorances and their negative tendencies are abandoned. The first is the subtle pervasive ignorance of attachment to all knowable things, which is what this text shows as the extremely subtle obscuration of knowledge. The second is the pervasive ignorance of extremely subtle obstructions, which is what is shown here as the seeds of the obscuration of afflictions that arise from oneself. Therefore, in the treatise Abhidharma-samuccaya, it is said that when enlightenment is attained, the obscuration of afflictions and the obscuration of knowledge are abandoned all at once. Abandoning arhats and tathagatas all at once.
