It is inverted. Holding precepts and asceticism as supreme is the inversion of thinking of happiness in suffering. Attachment is the inversion of thinking of purity in impurity, and also the inversion of thinking of happiness in suffering, both of which are to be shown, and the extensive differentiation is: It is in accordance with the treatises of the Treasury and the correct reasoning, as well as the Great Vibhasha and the Four Inversions, and should be understood as taught in them. The meaning of non-inversion is the opposite of the above, and from becoming its antidote, its nature should be understood, which is called the eighth explanation of the meaning of non-inversion, and should be understood as above. The meaning of all-pervasive affliction is as follows: the three afflictions of the three realms, the all-pervasive affliction of affliction, the all-pervasive affliction of karma, and the all-pervasive affliction of birth, which is the ninth explanation of the meaning of all-pervasive affliction. The words of this sutra are also divided into three types: showing the door of teaching, showing the number, and establishing the name. In the commentary on the treatise "Compendium of the Great Vehicle" by Master Asanga, it is said: The so-called all-pervasive affliction means mixing, turbidity, and impurity. There are also three types of all-pervasive affliction: caused by affliction, caused by karma, and caused by birth. The mind of affliction is not peaceful and confusing, so it is called mixing. Karma is done by its own nature, and the mind does not change, so it is called turbidity. Because there are interruptions in samsara, it is called impurity. Furthermore, in the treatise "Detailed Explanation" it is said: The so-called all-pervasive affliction of affliction is as follows: all afflictions and near afflictions are gathered together, which is called the all-pervasive affliction of affliction. The all-pervasive affliction of karma is as follows: whatever is produced by the cause of affliction, or produced by the cause of affliction as a condition of the companion of virtuous Dharma, whatever is included in the three realms, such as the karma of body, speech, and mind.

So! The all-pervasive afflictions of birth are as follows: Being born due to the causes of afflictions and karma, and suffering due to being born, this is what the scriptures say. In detail, it is as explained in the scriptures themselves. The extensive differentiation should be understood as explained in the treatise "The Land of Yoga Practice." The meaning of purification is as follows: To be separated from those three types of all-pervasive afflictions, and all the dharmas that belong to the aspects of enlightenment, this is called the explanation of the tenth meaning of purification. Regarding "to be separated, how many dharmas of enlightenment," there are also two explanations. Some say that "to be separated and how many dharmas of the aspects of enlightenment there are, that is the meaning of purification," this is an inconsistent explanation. Some say that "to be separated, how many dharmas of the aspects of enlightenment," this is what is said after the result, and what is extremely shown is the cause, that is the meaning of purification, this is an explanation that makes use of the power of the master. Although there are two explanations like this, the latter explanation is better. Therefore, in the explanation of the treatise, it says, "The meaning of purification is as follows: In order to obtain separation from the three types of all-pervasive afflictions, whatever meditation is done on all the dharmas of the aspects of enlightenment, this is what the scriptures teach." Furthermore, in the commentary on the treatise "Compendium of the Great Vehicle," the meaning of purification is that it is the meaning of being very clear, pure, and extremely clear. Purification is also of two types: worldly purification is because the afflictions that are all-pervasively entangled are temporarily weakened and suppressed by the path with outflows. The aspect of supramundane purification is because the latent afflictions are permanently abandoned by the path without outflows. It is explained that because it is separated from afflictions, it is called very clear. Because it is separated from karma, it is called very pure. Because it is separated from the meaning of birth and death, it is called extremely clear. Son of the lineage, in this way, these ten aspects summarize all meanings.
