It is said that he will become the lord of the three thousand worlds. According to the Sutra Unraveling the Profound Meaning, it is slightly different from what was stated above. Therefore, the sutra says that one hundred, one thousand, one hundred thousand, Jambudvipa, one hundred, one thousand, one hundred thousand, that is called the thousandfold world. That thousandfold world, multiplied by one hundred, multiplied by one thousand, becoming one hundred thousand times, that is called the two-thousandfold intermediate world. That two-thousandfold intermediate world, multiplied by one hundred, multiplied by one thousand, multiplied by one hundred thousand, that is called the great thousandfold world. It is said that this is because the thoughts of the translators are different. In the Noble Golden Light Sutra, it is said that the formless realm is also included in the three thousand worlds. Therefore, the sutra says that when the king holds the sutra in his hands and makes offerings, in that instant, the suns and moons of the three thousand great thousandfold worlds, from hundreds of thousands to hundreds of thousands of neither perception nor non-perception, will universally pervade. If combined with this, the Mahayana teachings say that the three thousand great thousandfold worlds also include neither perception nor non-perception. If that is the case, then how should the Shastra Yoga Practice Grounds and others be understood and explained? It is said that there are two kinds of noble teachings, the first is the common teaching, such as the long sutras. The second is the uncommon teaching, such as the Noble Golden Light Sutra. There are also two explanations for the common teaching, if combined with what is in accordance with the correct reasoning of the treatises, then only below the first dhyana is shown as the three thousand worlds. If combined with the explanation of the treatises, then in the correct sense, it is said to be from the fourth dhyana downwards. The reasons are various.

For these two reasons, it is said in the Long Agama and other sutras that only the first dhyana and below should be practiced, as shown above. Who is the lord of the three-thousand-great-thousand world system? It is said that the explanations of this matter differ in various treatises. In the Mahayana Sutra and others, it is said that the wheel-turning king and others are the lords. Therefore, it is said in the same sutra that he transforms into a wheel-turning king and rules the three-thousand-great-thousand world system. In the Mahasamaya Sutra, it is said that the king of demons rules. Therefore, it is said in the same sutra that the king of demons rules the three-thousand-great-thousand world system. In the Lotus Sutra, it is said that the lord of the first dhyana is the Brahma king. Therefore, it is said in the same sutra that the lord of the Saha world system is the Great Brahma. Furthermore, in the commentary on the Prajnaparamita Sutra, it is said that the lord of the three-thousand-great-thousand world system is the god king Brahma with matted hair. Furthermore, it is also said in the Long Agama and other sutras that the three-thousand world system is above the first dhyana, therefore. In the Dasabhumika Sutra, it is said that the bodhisattvas of the tenth bhumi are the lords. Therefore, it is said in the same sutra that the bodhisattvas of the tenth bhumi mostly become the god king Mahesvara, becoming the lords of the three-thousand-great-thousand world system. Furthermore, in the explanation of the treatises, it is said that the Akanistha heaven is also included in the three-thousand world system. In the Manjusripariprccha Sutra, it is said that the Bhagavan is the lord, therefore, it is said in the same sutra: "Perfect wisdom is without characteristics, the lord of the three realms." In the Suvarnaprabhasa Sutra, it is also said that the formless realm is also included in the three-thousand-great-thousand world system.

That is a koti, that is a hundred kotis, that is a thousand kotis, that is a hundred thousand kotis, this is the second measure of a koti. What is said as "repeating words as bur" refers to a nayuta. In the Sutra Unraveling of the Profound Meaning, "nayuta" also appears. In the commentary on the Holy Perfection of Wisdom Sutra, "nayuta" is also explained. Therefore, from there, from one hundred thousand suns and moons to one hundred thousand great Brahmas, whatever that is, is called the three-thousand great-thousand world realm. In the Treatise on the Stages of Yogic Practice, it also says that between the sun and moon, a hundred kotis, and up to the Brahma world, a hundred kotis, that is the three-thousand great-thousand world realm. Therefore, it is evident that koti is referred to as nayuta. In the Great Commentary on the Abhidharma, it says: what is a hundred thousand accumulated from one is a hundred thousand. What is a hundred thousand times a hundred thousand is a koti. What is a hundred thousand times a koti is a million. In the Treatise on the Treasury, it says: ten times one is ten, ten times ten is a hundred, ten times a hundred is a thousand, ten times a thousand is ten thousand, ten times ten thousand is a hundred thousand, ten times a hundred thousand is a nayuta, ten times a nayuta is a koti, ten times a koti is a mata, ten times a mata is an usnuta. In the commentary on the Holy Perfection of Wisdom Sutra, it says: one and one together is called two, two and two together is called four, three and three together is called nine, ten and ten together is called a hundred, ten times a hundred is a thousand, ten times a thousand is ten thousand, ten times ten thousand is a hundred thousand, ten times a hundred thousand is a million. There are also three different ways of explaining a koti: the first is ten times ten thousand, the second is a hundred times ten thousand, and the third is a thousand times ten thousand. For example, one koti of the three-thousand great-thousand world
