Here, both general and specific places are mentioned. The term 'place' refers to the detailed explanation of meaning, with nineteen words, pure and complete, showing its eighteen perfections. These eighteen perfections themselves are divided into eighteen aspects. These eighteen aspects are as stated in the Explanation of the Buddha Land: 'This shows the perfection of the Tathagata's place, such as the pure land of the Buddha. Likewise, this pure land is called perfect because of the eighteen perfect things. For example, perfect color, perfect shape, perfect size, perfect place, perfect cause, perfect result, perfect owner, perfect direction, perfect attendant, perfect teacher, perfect activity, perfect benefactor, perfect fearlessness, perfect dwelling, perfect path, perfect vehicle, perfect gate, perfect foundation.' These nineteen words completely show the eighteen perfections in order. This is the perfection of place. The so-called adornment is the immeasurable palace, which is called the pure land of the Buddha. The Blessed One resided in such a great immeasurable palace and spoke this sutra. In the treatises, too, Master Vasubandhu and Asanga, in writing the commentary on the Compendium of the Great Vehicle, also explained the eighteen perfections mentioned in the sutra, which will be explained when the words appear directly. Among them, the first perfection is also shown by two sutra words. First, the shape of color is shown, which is what is said as 'adorned with seven jewels.' Second, the appearance of light is what is said as 'filling the vast world.' The so-called word refers to the word that completely shows the meaning, not the number of letters in the word. The other seventeen words

It should be understood that the same applies to the foolish. The first word of the Sutra is explained in two ways by Master Near Light. Therefore, in the Commentary on the Buddha-bhūmi Sutra, it says: Thus, the great immeasurable palace is adorned with the seven most brilliantly blazing jewels. Or, the characteristic of the great immeasurable palace is that those seven jewels are the most brilliantly blazing. The commentary made by No Self-nature also explains it similarly. Master Vasubandhu did not explain it separately because it is easy to understand. Among them, the seven jewels are as stated in the Sutra of Praise of the Buddha's Perfect Purity: gold, silver, vaiḍūrya, conch shell, red pearl, rock crystal, and agate. The commentary on the Prajñāpāramitā Sutra also agrees with this Sutra. The Master of Right Reason says: Gold is a yellow jewel. Silver is a white jewel. Vaiḍūrya is a blue jewel. It cannot be destroyed even if burned. Gods and demons with power can first melt it and then make it into vessels. Or it is the four eggs of the golden-winged bird. Conch shell is a yellowish-green jewel. The commentary on the Prajñāpāramitā Sutra also says that ice that has passed for a thousand years will turn into conch shell. Red pearl is called red pearl because it comes from a red creature, according to the Commentary on the Buddha-bhūmi Sutra, and it is called red pearl because its essence is red. The explanation of Master No Self-nature is also the same as this. The Master of Right Reason says that it is a priceless jewel. Rock crystal, the Master of Right Reason says, is a red jewel. In the commentary on the Compendium of the Great Vehicle by Master No Self-nature, it says: Rock crystal is lapis lazuli and musaraka, etc. Among them, lapis lazuli is the blue jewel of the lord of the gods. Musaraka is the blue jewel of the lord of the gods.

Oh, it is supreme. Kekeru is the teacher, truthful and not false, and is said to be the precious green turquoise. Furthermore, in the commentary on the Prajñāpāramitā Sutra, it says: There are three kinds of jewels, namely human jewels, divine jewels, and Bodhisattva jewels. Among them, human jewels have little power, possessing a completely pure color, and can eliminate sufferings such as poison, demons, darkness, hunger, thirst, cold, and heat. Divine jewels are both great and supreme, therefore they always follow the body of the gods, can be commanded, can be spoken to, are light and not heavy. Bodhisattva jewels are superior to human jewels, and also superior to divine jewels, and both divine and human jewels have power, and are able to perceive that beings will die, and know that this is the beginning and end of their cause and condition, and also produce various sounds of the Dharma, from here onwards extensively explained. Furthermore, it is also said therein, where do those jewels come from? It is answered: Gold comes from mountains, stones, sand, and red copper. Pearls come from the belly of fish, intestines, and the marrow of snakes. Dragon jewels come from the marrow of dragons. Coral comes from the sea. Silver comes from burnt stones. Beryl and Spuk and others come from mountain caves. The wish-fulfilling jewel comes from the relics of the Tathagata, and when the Dharma disappears, the relics will turn into wish-fulfilling jewels, just as ice that has passed for a thousand years turns into Spuk. Such jewels are mostly human jewels. Those that are completely adorned here are very special, and the gods cannot obtain them. Why is that? Because they arise from great merit. In some different versions of the commentary on the Mahāyānasaṃgraha, the seven jewels...
