Generally, it is not. For example, feeling, perception, formation, the three types of unconditioned phenomena, non-manifest form, and these seven are not included in the other twelve sense bases, because they say so. The Sutra School's treatises say that the dharma-dhātu is of two types: particular and general. The particular dharma-dhātu is mostly in accordance with the assertions of those who assert the existence of all things. Among them, the particular refers to what those treatises have not done, which is neither form nor mind. The general dharma-dhātu is that those treatises say that all twelve are called dharma-dhātu, because they are not objects cognized by consciousness. Here, if combined with the teachings of the Mahayana, then mostly it is in accordance with the assertions of the Sutra School, that both the general and the particular are called dharma-dhātu. Therefore, in the treatises established only in terms of consciousness, it is said that the five consciousnesses such as form, because they only cognize form etc., are called consciousnesses of form etc. Dharma-consciousness is called dharma-consciousness because all dharmas, both general and particular, are cognized. Also, because it cognizes the tangible objects of dharma, it obtains the name of dharma-consciousness. If combined with this, then in the Mahayana treatises, the dharma-dhātu is clearly endowed with two types. Here, what is said, such as all formations in the true meaning, belongs to the twelve sense bases, because this Sutra School temporarily focuses on the two meanings of being cognized by consciousness and belonging to the dharma-dhātu, therefore it is said that all formations etc. are dharma-dhātu. Similarly, wisdom is extremely pure, the nature of ultimate truth and the nature of formations, it is not possible to establish whether they are of one nature or different natures, this is the fourth combination of metaphor and meaning, it is only the expression of the Sutra itself.

O! Utterly pure, how I am the most subtle of the most subtle, the deepest of the deepest, the most difficult to realize of the most difficult to realize, having perfectly awakened to the nature of ultimate truth, which is completely beyond the characteristics of oneness and otherness. Having perfectly awakened, I also declare, thoroughly explain, differentiate, establish, and clarify it to others. This is called the fifth conclusion, which is to dispel the doubts of others, and the Thus-Gone One must explain it. If one wonders how to comprehend this extremely profound ultimate truth, therefore, having perfectly awakened to the nature that is beyond oneness and otherness, one declares it to others. The ultimate truth also transcends the realm of ordinary non-Buddhists before those with ten beliefs, so they cannot declare it, nor can they understand it, so it is said to be the most subtle of the most subtle. Transcending the ground of ordinary beings before the bhumis, it cannot be expressed in words, nor can it be touched by the mind, so it is said to be the deepest of the deepest. Transcending the ground of bodhisattvas below enlightenment in equanimity, it cannot be expressed in words, nor can it be touched by the mind, so it is said to be the most difficult to realize of the most difficult to realize. In order to summarize the speech and thought of three countless eons, six words are spoken, and each should be understood accordingly. Then, in order to truly explain that meaning, the Blessed One spoke these verses. What follows is the second, which shows the summary explanation in verses. This also has two aspects: initiating the verses and summarizing after speaking the verses. This is the first. The conditioned realm and the nature of ultimate truth, are also the nature of being free from one and other. Those who perceive oneness and otherness, do not abide in the proper way. Those sentient beings who are bound by characteristics, and those who are bound by bad migrations, if they practice calm abiding and insight,
