Being apart from all dharmas, if discrimination is completely cut off, then it is called understanding entering the gate of non-duality. At that time, Manjushri said to Vimalakirti, "I and others have each spoken about how we have understood, now please speak." The Blessed One said that Vimalakirti then became silent. The details are as described in the sutra itself. Among the four meanings mentioned above, some say that this sutra is spoken in conjunction with the fourth meaning, because all dharmas are without object. Some say that, as stated in the Mahāyānasaṃgraha, name and meaning are mutually accidental, so it is called unspeakable. Therefore, in the Yogācārabhūmi it says: Have these five things said everything? The answer is, yes. If one wants to say what the nature of all these dharmas is, the answer is, it is the nature of dharmas. If one wants to see the characteristics of these dharmas as they are, the answer is, it is the nature of illusion, but it is not completely non-existent. For example, the action of illusion itself exists, but the nature of elephants and other things does not exist. Similarly, nature is only name and appearance, but it is not something that can be established through nature and difference. If it is said that since the unspeakable is spoken, and it is said to be unspeakable, then is it not permissible to say that all dharmas are unspeakable? The answer is, when it is determined that the unspeakable is unspeakable, then this statement has already been negated, so there is no such fault. In order to understand this reason, this expression is made, because it is a similar example. If all dharmas are unspeakable, then how does the Blessed One show them to others? The answer is, the Yogācārabhūmi says that if speech has not arisen, then it will not be possible to show others the nature of all dharmas as unspeakable, and others will not be able to hear it. If there is no hearing, then one will not know that all these dharmas are the nature of the unspeakable, therefore others to the Dharma

In order to hear and comprehend the unspeakable (things). Therefore, for the sake of this unspeakable nature, speech arises. Does all speech depend on conceptualization and observation? The answer is that the statements vary. The teacher Near Light says that from the eighth bhumi onwards, speech arises without relying on conceptualization and observation, because conceptualization and observation are obstructive. The teacher Dharmapala says that even the tenth bhumi bodhisattvas need to rely on conceptualization and observation to produce speech. Therefore, it is said that even if there are conceptualization and observation, there is no obstruction, because it exists simultaneously with the subsequent wisdom. If non-conceptual wisdom is manifested, can one still teach the Dharma? The answer is that even if one teaches, there is nothing wrong, because both wisdoms are manifested in one instant. Among them, non-conceptual wisdom does not have conceptualization and observation, while subsequent wisdom has conceptualization and observation, so speech can arise. Therefore, in the commentary on the Prajnaparamita, it says that bodhisattvas constantly enter into meditation and samadhi, with their minds in one-pointed concentration, unmoving, and even without arising conceptualization and observation, they can still teach the Dharma. As explained extensively in that sutra. Therefore, the noble Dharma says that the ultimate truth should be understood as completely transcending all the characteristics of the objects of conceptualization and observation, this is the second, the conclusion, the meaning lies only in expression. Thirteenth chapter. Furthermore, the noble Dharma says that the ultimate truth is where all terms are completely ceased, while conceptualization and observation operate in the objects of terms, etc., which shows the fourth, all things are completely ceased. This is shown through explanation and conclusion, this is the first. In the Sutra of Definitive Explanation of Words, the noble Dharma says that Suchness is the four kinds of things, namely, seeing, hearing, distinguishing, and all consciousness.
