Having realized that, since it is impossible to see even the distinct parts of a single Buddha-field on the tip of a single atom, how can countless Buddhas, the Bhagavat, be fully present in the center of the Bodhisattva assembly in Buddha-fields equal to the dust of all Buddha-fields abiding in the three times, and how can the aspiration to see each distinct part on the tip of a single atom be fulfilled? That is not the case. Just as the various realms of the world manifested by inconceivable karma are different in the upper, lower, and horizontal directions, why can't such a manifestation be possible on the tip of a single atom through the manifestation of inconceivable wisdom? What is said to be inconceivable? "There is little that is wondrous, that the wise of the world have not seen, that which is manifested by the senses, what is wondrous in that? Dragons born from meditators, and the great nature of the power of the Buddhas, the protectors of the world, the saviors, these four are said to be inconceivable." Thus it is said. Likewise, those of little wisdom in the teachings of all the Buddhas have great faith in the impossible, believing it to be just so. This has also been very clearly explained. Regarding the hidden meaning, the teachings of the Buddha, whoever's wisdom may give rise to doubt, let them here, with faith, practice emptiness. Even in the world, as long as the vessel is very small and filled with clear water, one can see all the stars and constellations that adorn the sky. Therefore, the Bhagavat said: "Phenomena are like echoes, like the nature of cataracts and dreams, like illusions and mirages, like cities of gandharvas." Thus it is said. These will also be clearly shown later in the verses on the adornment of the realms of the three times. Thus, regarding "without remainder" and so forth, how can the tip of a single atom be without remainder and encompass all aspects without omission? "Hair's breadth" refers to the tip of a hair. This will be shown as follows: within the extent of the tip of a sound, the Buddhas abiding in the three times

And the Bhagavan Ocean and their field oceans. What is meant by "practice"? It means to do that before, and to enter into the ocean of future kalpas. And how does one enter the Buddha's speech? That is, what is said, such as the so-called "one-speech limb," etc., means that the Buddha teaches the Dharma with one speech, and the various meanings, words, and letters of countless sentient beings, as well as other inconceivable things, at once hear the sound of the ocean of speech limbs with inconceivable sounds. All the Buddhas who dwell in the ten directions and three times are also like this, and the sentient beings who hear the pure and immeasurable limbs of the Dharma-teaching voice hear the unobstructed Buddha's speech as they wish. Therefore, one should always enter into the sound of the ocean of voice limbs of each Tathagata, and remember it without omission. It is also said: "Therefore, it is not very rare, this is very rare. Many who dwell in fishing, by the power of their faith, even the explanation of one sentence is manifested as many, and thus shown to themselves, and many sentient beings can also understand." Thus, it is also said in the Chapter on the Conduct of Maitreya Bodhisattva in the Avatamsaka Sutra: "Whoever is the Dharma cloud of the Sugatas of the ten directions, dwells on one cushion, drinks without delusion, and for billions of kotis of kalpas, the mind is not satisfied, like the great ocean of wisdom, I shall dwell." The first half of the verse shows the great nature of the Sugata. The second half of the verse shows the greatness of the nature of the listeners. What is the seventh, which means to declare in one word. "The sound of the ocean of one-speech limbs all," in which "all sounds" should be regarded as a supplementary word. And how does one enter the turning of the Dharma wheel? Such as the so-called "those who have passed through the three times," etc., means that they are also the Buddhas who dwell in the three times, all of whom are endowed with entering the turning of the Dharma wheel, with endless and countless voices. By the power of wisdom,
