It shows having. The so-called Mount Meru refers to showing its vastness by the extent of its fame. The so-called lamp refers to the collection of great things such as the lamps of precious trees, which are expanded in all world realms, brightly filled with various fragrances. The so-called supreme refers to what is suitable for the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and not suitable for others, that is, it shows as uncommon. The so-called incense refers to the collection of the special features of incense, such as camphor, agarwood, sandalwood, etc., whether natural or artificial, that is, those produced by the special features of mixing, which transcend gods and humans. The so-called sacred refers to showing that it is born from the special features of the merits of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Decorated pavilions and houses, as well as temples and temples with vases, and the decorations of clean rooms, etc., from those made of sandalwood, etc., to the various forms made of bricks, etc., are all included. The so-called supreme refers to knowing that it is made of all jewels, pervades everywhere, and has all special forms. Such supreme offerings of the gods, and other offerings that have reached the ultimate, also pervade the Buddha's field of self-nature and all intentions, and in every moment offer to all the Tathagatas together with the retinue mandala, after showing this. Now, with the phrases "What offerings are unsurpassed and vast," etc., it shows the unsurpassed offering. Before this, there is no other particularly surpassing offering, so it is unsurpassed. That is, all Bodhisattva Mahasattvas offer to all Tathagatas, and all Tathagatas also offer to each other, therefore, it is accomplished by the wisdom of attaining the most extreme manifestation, pervades all directions and times, collects all vast and beautiful offerings, and the most perfect of all decorative forms, and that Dharma offering, is the nature of purifying all collections of unsurpassed qualities, held by great compassion and Bodhicitta.

Such offerings should be used to worship those Tathagatas. Even if one has not attained realization, in order to enable all sentient beings to attain that state, one should, with firm conviction, make offerings to all Tathagatas and their retinues, including the Sangha of Shravakas. To show this, it is said: They also believe in all the Tathagatas. Therefore, what I have said is all for the purpose of practicing the Samantabhadra's conduct, to show the excellence of the offerings, which far surpasses all worlds and can attract all beings, so one should prostrate and make offerings to all the Tathagatas. In this way, by remembering the Buddha, prostrating to him, praising him, and offering the best offerings, one accumulates merit. After that, in order to wash away the sins and non-virtuous deeds committed from beginningless samsara, including what one has done, what one has instigated others to do, and what one has rejoiced in, in order to wash away all of this, one must confess separately. To show this, it is said, "Whatever sins I have committed," and so on. In samsara, at the time of samsara, the non-virtuous deeds that I have committed since childhood, including what I have done, what I have instigated others to do, and what I have rejoiced in, these are also produced by three causes: due to the drive of desire, attachment and the creation of killing and so on, and due to the drive of hatred, the drive of ignorance is also the same. Whether these are created by body, speech, or mind, I must confess to all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who are present. One must reverse the power of the undesirable results produced from the cause of the non-virtuous mind. One must wash it away, make it immaculate, and make it without habit, just as it is said in the Mahayana Sutra, one must use the fragrance of merit to make the mind stream very fragrant. This is a summary statement. In this way, one has accumulated merit and separately confessed the accumulated non-virtuous deeds, in order to rejoice in the merit accumulated by others, so it is said "ten directions" and so on.
