It is also shown that this further demonstrates the विशेषता of completely purifying the mind more than the previous विशेषता of complete purification. Having thus shown the Tathagatas, in order to show the विशेषता of completely purifying the mind by stating their virtues, it is said, "Those praises are inexhaustible oceans." "Those" refers to the Tathagatas of self-nature and faith. "Inexhaustible" means that it never ceases at any time, which shows the universality of time. "Ocean of praise" means that it is fully endowed in the collection of virtues, as vast as the sky, which shows the universality of the collection of directions. The limb of sound is the cause of accomplishing sound, such as the tongue and palate. Saying "ocean" means that all sounds are included. In this way, the sound of walking is accomplished, and each cause emanates all sounds, and each thing wants to praise, and the sound of speaking pervades all directions, times, and things. Because it is completely victorious over sinful and unwholesome dharmas, it is the Victor. Because it is to be familiarized and repeatedly practiced by those who desire goodness, it is virtue, that is, common, uncommon, mundane, and transmundane, which are not mixed with going to the other shore, etc. Therefore, all the respective virtues of all the Victors are also spoken of in every moment. In order to be beautiful, irreversible, and fully known, it is the Sugata, and for each of those Sugatas, I prostrate with bodies as numerous as all the Buddha-fields' atomic particles and manifest towards and praise. In this way, the inconceivable and immeasurable differences with self-born and non-self-born Buddhas as objects are also shown, and similarly, the object of reverence of self-nature and faith, as well as the virtues of the Tathagata, and the clouds of praise are also spoken of, and now, in order to show the offering to those very ones, it is said, "Excellent flowers, excellent garlands." Saying flowers includes jewels, clothes, and gold.
