Like lamps, they are lamps, the Bhagavan Tathagatas. Those who have not yet come are the time of attaining unsurpassed wisdom, perfect enlightenment, and the time of turning the unsurpassed wheel of Dharma, the time of perfectly and truly revealing the teachings as desired by the emanations within me, and the time of fully enjoying the words of the unsurpassed Dharma of the One Vehicle with the great Bodhisattvas in the complete enjoyment body, and the time of showing Nirvana, although it is non-abiding Nirvana, because of the complete maturation of the intention to tame, I go at once to the presence of all those Tathagatas who have not yet come. By going there, one shows the perfection of self and other benefits by obtaining the distinction of the qualities to be obtained at that time. This going to the presence of the Tathagata is the eighth entry. This shows that one has gone far in the Bodhisattva grounds in order to realize the Buddha's Dharma for a long time. And because one possesses non-discriminating wisdom, although dwelling in one place, one also shows the perfection of skillful means because one shows the body at once in all Buddha-fields by means of skillful means. Having thus spoken of the eight entries, now, in order to make the qualities of entering the path in this way become antidotes, in order to not be overcome by all opposing factors, and because of being overcome by them. All swift miraculous powers, etc. Thus, the ten powers are spoken of in two verses. Among them, attainment is miraculous power, which means obtaining freedom in going and coming with the mind. This going is also far away in the sky, etc., and going swiftly, which means going straight through walls, etc. In order to show the distinction of that, it is said to be all swift, which means going unhindered to all places such as where one wants to go and how one wants to go. Vehicle means that there are three types of vehicles with the distinction of the Great Vehicle, etc. Among them, the Great Vehicle is the path to enlightenment with its fruits, namely the ten grounds and the perfections.

and the nature of unsurpassed wisdom. The Hearer's Vehicle is the Sutra Pitaka, the Vinaya Pitaka, and the Abhidhamma Pitaka, which are called the Three Baskets, and the practice of Dharma that is in accordance with and dependent on them, and the four fruits to be obtained thereby. The Pratyekabuddha's Vehicle is the Four Noble Truths, and the accumulation of merit and wisdom, and the distinction of the fruits to be obtained thereby. Its power is that because of obtaining the supreme wisdom of all kinds, it knows without obstruction in all places. Therefore, it is said "all doors," meaning that it proclaims the distinctions of all kinds to the beings to be tamed as they should be, which is its definition. "The powers of universally virtuous conduct," here conduct refers to practicing the conduct of the bodhisattva Samantabhadra. Its power is that it is not overcome by unfavorable aspects, and it is able to overcome them. Precisely because of this, in order to perfectly accomplish the profound and vast, extremely pure, countless, and inconceivable qualities, it is said "universal virtue." "The power of universal loving-kindness," here loving-kindness is the characteristic of the thought of accomplishing benefit and happiness for all sentient beings. Its power is that it is not overcome by the nature of anger and so on, which causes various harms to sentient beings. Universal pervasiveness is because it is directed towards all sentient beings belonging to the three realms and possessing the three sufferings. "The powers of universally virtuous merit," here merit is the mind of generosity and discipline, etc., because it is purifying. Its power is that it is not overcome by attachment and so on, and it is able to overcome them. "Universally virtuous" refers to the preliminary practices, the main practices, and the concluding practices, etc., and also being completely pure in the manner of small, medium, and large, which is its definition. "The power of wisdom without attachment," here wisdom is the nature of the pacification of all conceptual elaborations, that is, the nature of the selflessness of phenomena. Its power is to eliminate all unfavorable aspects. That is, attachment arises towards some worlds.
