Those who dwell in the center, dwelling without crowding and without harming each other, dwelling with intervals, these should be observed. When does one want to observe in that way? It is said to practice the Bodhisattva conduct. Practicing the Bodhisattva conduct means perfecting all the grounds and perfections. How can there be so many Buddha-fields in one atom, and the mandala of the Thus-Gone One and the Bodhisattva retinue? With an ordinary mind, regarding the atom that is smaller than everything, the countless and immeasurable realms, and the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, isn't that disbelief? Those who have not cultivated the power of meditation, who are attached to external objects, and who do not understand the true meaning of the Great Vehicle, it is true that they do not believe. Those who merely believe in Mind-Only, who diligently cultivate the meaning of the Great Vehicle, and who have the power of roots, do believe. For example, in a dream, a narrow room contains herds of elephants and many people gathered together, as well as dense forests, rivers, lakes, pavilions, and various other scenes. So many countless things cannot all exist there, but they are remembered even when one awakens. Therefore, for meditators, yogic masters, what reason is there not to believe in a mind that has been completely purified by inconceivable power? These have been studied many times in treatises and sutras. This can also be seen in the world, such as when a magician beats a drum, all things appear and disappear. If it is said that it is merely an illusion, then all conditioned phenomena are the same. As it is said: "Stars, cataracts, lamps," and so on, in verses. Therefore, these are what wise people should prove with reason and scripture, and one should not have doubts about them. Or, by the power of yoga, the atom is the dwelling place of all things, and it can be made as large as one desires.

It is made to increase extensively. Now, it shows that meditation should be increased extensively by saying, "Thus, in all directions without exception." "Thus" means in the manner just mentioned. "In all directions without exception" means that in all ten directions without exception, on each and every atom, faith in the ocean of Buddhas arises. Thus, after showing pervasiveness in direction, in order to show pervasiveness in time, it is said, "In the path of children." A child is a self who has not seen Suchness, and because one must diligently engage in virtuous deeds, it is a child-self. Their path, that is, among all beings, the realms of the world that are completely defiled by afflictions through the continuum of going and so on. Only there is the establishment of past and future time, but not elsewhere. Therefore, it should be connected to mean that one enters into those included in the Buddhas, fields, and kalpas belonging to that. The completely pure Buddha-fields are such that the sun of the Buddha always rises because the darkness, the utter darkness, is completely dispelled by the appearance of the mandala of one's own light. Therefore, in those places, because the Bodhisattvas are always awake, there is no establishment of time itself. Because there are no planets and constellations, there is no establishment of day and night and so on, and also there is no establishment of time. This entering into seeing the Buddha-field shows that if one realizes Suchness at the beginning, one obtains great joy, and therefore it shows that the perfection of generosity, which is included in the ground of pure superior intention through generosity such as the Joyful Ground and offering to the Buddhas, is completely perfected. Having spoken of entering into seeing the Buddha-field in this way, now, with the words "One speech, the sounds of the ocean of limbs," and so on, it shows entering into the speech of the Buddha. Therein, when one mirror of the mandala of speech arises, the images of the sounds of all sentient beings are simultaneously perceived, and because the objects of the questions of many sentient beings, which are mutually incompatible and different, are always asked, even though they are always asked, there is no need to speak or exert effort, and it is perceived that all questions are answered, therefore the speech of the Buddha, the Bhagavan, is like the thought of all sentient beings.

It arises just like that, and one should enter in such a way that the Buddha's teachings, as thought of, satisfy the minds of limitless beings, and realize them as they truly are. This explains that in order to accomplish the object of desiring a stainless land and completely pure morality, the perfection of morality is also shown. Thus, after speaking of entering the Buddha's teachings, in order to show that one should enter the turning of the wheel of Dharma, it is said, "To those inexhaustible sounds of speech," and so on. Sound is that which is to be expressed and the object of expression, without discriminating, it is merely a sound, like a noisy sound. Because there are countless teachings by the power of faith in that sound, it is shown as the sound of speech, and speech is the object of expression and the object of expression. "To those inexhaustible ones" means to all those who reach the limit of the realm of sentient beings. "All the Victorious Ones who have passed through the three times" means those who have passed through and abide in the three times, so they are the ones who have passed through the three times, and they are all and also the ones who have passed through the three times, thus combining the words. By mentioning the three times, it shows entering all the Buddhas. By mentioning all, it shows entering without interruption. Thus it is said that the Dharma of the Buddhas, the Bhagavad Ones, who abide in all directions and times, possessed of all the differences of speech, gathered by a single mandala of speech, should be separately proclaimed because of the different thoughts of the beings to be tamed. In order to show that very thing, it is said, "The ways of the wheel are well turned." The way of the wheel is the wheel of Dharma. Liberation in the continuum of the beings to be tamed, so it is the wheel, entering those, is showing to the beings with great joy. The great self-nature, for everything, one should also enter the self-nature with the power of one's own intelligence, this is the concluding remark of entering with the excellent wisdom obtained by the diligence accomplished by the excellent conduct. By entering the turning of the wheel of Dharma,
