With the pure power of the Dharmadhatu pervading all Buddha-fields, I remember all those Victors with my mind. With the power of faith in the Excellent Conduct. The phrase "with the power of faith in the Excellent Conduct" means with the power of having affection for the Excellent Conduct and having unwavering faith. The Excellent Conduct arises from various offerings of Bodhisattvas from many Sutras. Now, in order to conclude the prostrations and offerings as described, it is said: I prostrate and make offerings to all the Victors. This means to prostrate and make offerings to all the Victors. It explains confessing sins with the three aspects of nature, cause, and place, such as through the power of desire, hatred, and ignorance, etc. Among them, the nature is: Whatever sins I have committed. That is, those committed in this life and other lives, and those I have caused others to commit, and those I have rejoiced in. What is the cause? It is through the power of desire, hatred, and ignorance. Where is the place? It arises from residing in body, speech, and mind. Like that, all those, as if being in front of all the Victors and their sons, with an extremely remorseful mind, in each and every moment, one should confess, vehemently, and vomit-like confess. Now, it explains rejoicing in merit, such as with "ten directions" etc. For the merit arising from the generosity, discipline, and meditation of all beings in the ten directions, and the seven types of learners who learn in the three times, and the Arhats who do not learn, and the form of solitary realizers, that is, like a rhinoceros, and the merit of the three times of the world and beyond the world in both forms of wandering in groups, and from the very first mind-generation, all Bodhisattvas', and all the Buddhas, the Bhagavan, who have passed away in the three times, and the Tara who realized the mind of enlightenment and arose from the earth, etc., and the collection of merit of each of the worldly and beyond-worldly ones who have passed away in the three times, immeasurable, inconceivable, becoming the object of the Buddha's wisdom, for all those, in each and every moment, one should rejoice. The word called "beings."

Since everything is pursued, even if it includes the merits of learning, why mention them separately? It is not like that, because it is a traveler, so it is a traveler, that is, because it has desire, it revolves in the cycle of existence, that is its definition. If there is no traveler in it, how can it be said to be a traveler? Therefore, it is explained separately. Now, it is said to encourage the turning of the wheel of Dharma, that is, "Whoever is in the ten directions," and so on. The so-called "Whoever is the lamp of the world in the ten directions" is the lamp of beings. Because it can dispel the many darknesses inside and outside the world, the Buddha Bhagavan is the lamp of the world. The so-called "gradually attain enlightenment" is to manifest enlightenment in the supreme enlightenment. The so-called "attained without attachment" is to completely know the nature of all things with the power of manifesting enlightenment, and to transcend all attachments. Because others do not desire to realize the profound meaning of the Dharma, and it is difficult to comprehend even with diligent efforts, so in order to preach the Dharma, they are unwilling to encourage the lords of the world who dwell in front of the sacred Bodhi tree in various worlds, in order to dispel the darkness of ignorance of beings, in order to illuminate the light of supreme wisdom, in order to turn the supreme wheel of Dharma, like the posture of kneeling on the ground with both knees and putting their palms together in front of them. Now, it is to pray for the Tathagata to stay, that is, "Nirvana shows whatever you want," and so on. Although it does not specifically say "who," it should be combined with "Whoever is the lamp of the world in the ten directions." For those Buddhas and Bhagavats who dwell in the ten directions and show Nirvana or non-Nirvana, I pray with folded palms that they will live long in the world. Why? For the benefit and happiness of all helpless beings. Among them, benefit refers to obtaining the path of Nirvana with happiness. Happiness refers to obtaining the enjoyment of gods. How long will it last? Until the Buddhas who have passed away in the three times...
