At that time, all the obscurations that would obscure the practice of goodness will be completely removed. "Manifestly seeing" means to directly see the Bhagavan Amitabha. "There" refers to going to the world of Sukhavati. "Having gone there" refers to emptiness in that Buddha-field of Sukhavati. Just as it is said, may I personally perfect all those prayers that are made as aspirations. I will completely fulfill all of these. This means to benefit all sentient beings in this way. Until when? As long as the world exists, which means to work for the benefit of beings as long as the world exists. The remainder is obtaining prophecies and accomplishing the benefit of sentient beings. What is it? Such as the "Mandala of the Victorious Ones" and so on. "Mandala of the Victorious Ones" refers to the assembly of the Tathagata's retinue. "Good" means pleasing. "Joy" means the mind becomes joyful. "Supreme Lotus" refers to the supreme lotus. "Beautiful" means shining because it is made of various jewels. "Born" means manifested. "Prophecy" means that because of the prophecy, one becomes a prophesier, that is, at this time, in a certain world, one will prophesy that a certain Tathagata, Arhat, Samyak-sambuddha will attain enlightenment.
