I, with this stupa containing the essence of relics, in order to exhaust the evil deeds committed, make offerings of various kinds, such as flowers, garlands, unguents, powders, umbrellas, victory banners, flags, supreme victory banners, and countless cymbals, in the past, present, and future three times. He sits in front of the stupa and confesses the sins committed out of ignorance in the past, present, and future three times. And vows never to do such things again. Like this: For ninety-five billion years, all the sins committed are thoroughly confessed. This refers to guarding the vows that are not diminished, not broken, not mixed, and without defilement, in order to exhaust the deeds committed in ninety-five billion years. The observance of fasting was also well restored at that time. The so-called fasting is called fasting because there is restoration. Fasting lasted for ninety-five thousand years. Even after doing this, this body of quiescence still fell into the Avici hell. Because of greed, doing deeds without compassion, I have experienced a lot of suffering. The Buddhas also did not please me. For ninety-five billion years, I also became blind. For sixty-two hundred billion kalpas, my eyes were covered. Hands, feet, ears, nose, and head were also cut off. Whether born in the human realm or born in other realms, all of these are oppressed by suffering and experience helpless suffering. Therefore, it is necessary to abandon the act of creating endless karma for the sake of desire. In order to attain enlightenment, even if hands, feet, head, sons, daughters, and very lovely and charming wives are given with a joyful mind, the past karma is not exhausted, because it is difficult to exhaust the very strong karma that has been created. Bhadrakalpa, thus practice in immeasurable kalpas. And so on. At that time, I had experienced these sufferings before. When I was practicing the conduct of a Bodhisattva, I suffered such suffering there and there.

And therefore experience suffering. Furthermore, those who are well-versed in Dharani, abide in loving-kindness, and are devoted to serving and honoring the Tathagata, will never go to evil destinies. Therefore, those who desire Bodhi should abide in morality and especially delight in the giving of Dharma. I was King Brave-Giving at that time. Speaking of this, I myself was the king called Brave-Giving at that time, not someone else. By doing such deeds that eliminate sins and increase merit, one will attain Bodhi. My sons will protect the Dharma in the future. Speaking of this and so on, those who were my sons, through practicing the conduct of Bodhisattvas, became Tathagatas who protect the Dharma. Flower Moon also became the Tathagata called Lotus Master. Executioner Joy also became the Tathagata called King of Peace. Men and women, as well as royalty, householders, city leaders, merchants, and so on, all of them also attained the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, became Buddhas, benefited sentient beings, and ultimately entered Nirvana. All good, emptiness is its essence. Emptiness is selfless, therefore it abides therein. The nature of the ten perfections is completely fulfilled. It is called the forest of all good. The moon, the powerful sage, the assembly, well spoken samadhi. The collection of the limbs of enlightenment are flowers, morality is fragrance. The son of the Buddha is devoted to one quality of the Buddha. Flower Moon is the essence in the three realms. The nature of immaculate Dharma, fame is the most supreme. Accomplishing the benefit of beings, for the sake of attaining Buddhahood. Having completely abandoned the faults of stinginess, through effort. It was explained by opening the abode of the gods of desire. The commentary on the thirty-sixth chapter of Flower Moon is completed. In order to show the merits of Samadhi and the benefits of Dharani. Then again, the Bhagavan spoke to the youth Moonlight, and so on.

English
From "Therefore" onwards, the meaning up to "should also abide in the aggregate of morality" has been understood. In order to extensively explain the merits and benefits of Samadhi and Dharani in verses, it is said, "Any Bodhisattva who abides in the assembly of morality," etc. Any Bodhisattva who abides in the aggregate of morality, desiring benefit for themselves, and practicing the conduct of a Bodhisattva in order to accomplish the benefit of themselves and others, they will be born in the Pure Land of Akshobhya Buddha, the Land of Manifest Joy, and obtain forbearance in the profound Dharma, and gradually realize the Unsurpassed Perfect Enlightenment. Therefore, "Without harmful intent and in accordance with all," etc., "in accordance with all" means that the accumulation of merit and wisdom will be perfected. With a mind free from all faults such as attachment, hatred, and ignorance, focusing solely on benefiting others, one will attain Buddhahood by honoring all the Tathagatas. Therefore, "Having heard this supreme benefit," etc., upon seeing a Bhikshu endowed with the qualities of morality, one should serve him with reverence. Suppose there are worlds filled with various jewels such as wish-fulfilling jewels, Padma Raga, Indra Nila, emeralds, topaz, carnelian, cat's eye, etc., and their number is like the sands of the Ganges. If a Bodhisattva who is fond of giving takes these jewels and gives them away for as many eons as there are sands in the Ganges, compared to that, if others hold this 'Samadhiraja, the King of Samadhi, which elucidates the equality of the nature of all dharmas,' then it should be known that the accumulation of merit arising from this Samadhi is much greater than the accumulation of merit arising from giving. The result of giving is relinquishing and enjoying, while the result of Samadhi is perfecting the immeasurable accumulation of wisdom and ultimately attaining Buddhahood.
