This statement is related to "Because all Dharmas have been perfected, therefore I ask." "Please tell me the beneficial Dharmas." This means, please show me what is beneficial and useful to me. How can one be made to believe, to become a person who will surely believe? "Transformation" means that wisdom becomes sharp. This will be shown as follows: By relying on what Dharma will wisdom become sharp? The wisdom that can hold the Buddha's Dharmas will arise in that person. "Free from unbearable fear and not afraid." etc. Not being afraid of fears such as kings, thieves, fire, and famine, one will not abandon the aggregates of morality in any way. How can one be free from fame, hatred, ignorance, and attachment, and by practicing the conduct of a Bodhisattva, all faults be pacified and liberated? The vows of a monk or Bodhisattva, such as morality. "How can one not abandon morality? How can one not abandon meditation?" This is asking for the reason for not abandoning. "How is a solitary place shown?" This will explain the characteristics of mental solitude. "How will my wisdom increase?" This means that wisdom will increase even more. How can one be delighted in the supreme morality? How can the aggregate of morality become flawless? How can one measure the nature of conditioned Dharmas? How can body, speech, and mind become pure? How can the actions of body, speech, and mind become pure? Please show me all of these. This is the summarized meaning. After praying thus, the Blessed One spoke thus to the youth Moonbeam.

"Having equanimity towards all sentient beings" means having the same affection as the great compassion has for an only child. "The mind of benefit" means for the sake of entering the dharma that will bring benefit in the future. "The mind without anger" means having no anger towards all sentient beings. "The mind without inequality" means entering into the equality of dharmata. These three distinct characteristics are one, so if one possesses this one, one will obtain all these qualities, and what is shown and what will be explained will quickly realize the nature of enlightenment. In order to make the Youthful Moonlight thoroughly understand these meanings, then the Bhagavan, and so on.
