For the sake of requesting, seeing sentient beings tormented by suffering! etc. Because seeing sentient beings disturbed by desire, hatred, and ignorance, in order to approach them, they generated the mind of enlightenment, and after becoming a Buddha, they will completely liberate all sentient beings. The hero accumulated countless eons! etc. Generosity, ethics, patience, diligence, meditation, and wisdom were practiced for countless eons, and a brief account of generosity was given. Elephants, swift steeds, excellent chariots, excellent cities, excellent royal power, family, wives, sons, hands, feet, excellent limbs, etc., were also given as offerings for the sake of enlightenment. Your ethics are immaculate and pure! etc. Because the defilement of broken ethics has been abandoned, one gives up oneself and the ethics are not lost at all. It is like the Jataka tales. Body, speech, and mind are also completely subdued. I prostrate to you, the peaceful Sugata. Rejoicing in patience, etc. Because of abiding in patience, enduring suffering, not caring about harming others, and determination in the Dharma, even if the body is cut into pieces, anger does not arise, because there is no self-grasping. Because it is a lineage completely subdued by great compassion, milk flows from the cut and cut places, I prostrate to you, who are so wonderful. Because he possesses the ten powers, although he realizes that all phenomena are without self-nature with unobstructed wisdom, he is motivated by great compassion. He cherishes these sentient beings who are acting perversely. Although he thoroughly knows that all phenomena are empty, devoid of self and what belongs to self, seeing that worldly beings have fallen away from the path of suchness, in order to abandon their perversion, he thoroughly reveals the path of selflessness of all phenomena, and thus establishes them in the enlightenment of the Buddha, which is called skillful in the means of compassion.

The phrase "the sky falls" indicates that what was said is true and not false. If the sky falls or the elements such as earth change, the words of the Blessed One will not change, because the reason is that you have no ignorance. Seeing beings who are attached to the view of objects, in order to dispel the darkness of their ignorance, you show the profound, naturally peaceful emptiness, because you are good at practicing the teaching without objects. The words "you have no confusion" indicate that you have no confusion in showing things upside down. Wherever there is attachment to "I", those will become confusion, because "unwise" means that there is ignorance. Those who know no-self show the nature of no-self. Therefore, praise that you have spoken the truth, abide in the true Dharma, abide in the true reality, practice the truth, aspire to the truth, have the true cause, speak true words, perfect true conduct, diligently practice at the true edge, true thought, true action, I bow to the true wise one. With the words "your wisdom is unparalleled" and so on, praise the declaration of truth, and praise the declaration of wisdom. Because the difference of the wisdom of knowing all things is declared, it is said to be a prostration to the word of wisdom. Praise is mainly based on love. The words "you are the friend of all beings" and so on, because you are very familiar with the nature of great compassion without objects, in order to accomplish the benefit of all beings, you abide unshakably like Mount Sumeru. Overwhelming all the wheels of the retinue, the lion's roar of no-self will surely be proclaimed, and like a lion treating a fox, the powerful heretics with vicious hearts and difficult to tame will be subdued by the power of skillful means. And so on. In order to explain the previously shown meaning in verse, the words "you show the faultless Dharma verse" and so on are declared. Finished.

Thus, after praising the one who speaks the truth with the ten powers, etc. By the merit of my praising the one who possesses the ten powers, may I become a Buddha just like Śākya Siṃha, this is the aspiration made by Chandraprabha. Then, knowing Chandraprabha's intention, the Blessed One smiled, etc. Maitreya, the eldest son of the ten powers, asked about it, etc. The great Bodhisattva Maitreya asked the reason for the smile: Why does the guide smile like this? etc. As soon as he smiled, the great earth also shook. The gods and others dwelling in the sky also looked at the Blessed One with joyful hearts. Please reveal the prophecy that the Sugata has not subdued. This is the question. Because he has become accustomed to generosity and other perfections for countless eons, the Blessed One knows the conduct of all beings' minds without obstruction, therefore, please reveal the prophecy. Who will worship the chief of men? etc. It is asked for the sake of accumulating merit. A billion lotuses with a billion petals, etc., is the seat of the Bodhisattva. There are many Dharma-speaking Bodhisattvas there, so please ask the Protector for that. Who will best worship the Tathagata, who will make offerings? How will one attain Buddhahood? etc. And, who can understand the Dharma that is subtle and extremely difficult to see? etc., I ask for the sake of those who understand and meditate on that extremely subtle, empty, and peaceful Dharma. You have no confusion or forgetfulness about the conduct of the minds of all beings, past, future, and present, please tell us why you smiled. All the Bodhisattvas from various world realms came with reverence, the elephant of incense came from the pure land of Akshobhya Buddha. From Sukhavati came Mahāsthāmaprāpta and Avalokiteśvara. For the venerable Mañjuśrī, no definite place is indicated, because he represents all the Tathagatas of all Buddha-fields.
