ང་དུ་བྱས་ནས་ངོ་ཚ་བས་སྡིག་པའི་ལས་ལ་མི་འཇུག་པ་དང་གཞན་གྱི་སེམས་བསྲུང་བའི་ཕྱིར་ཚིག་འཁྱལ་བ་མི་སྨྲ་བ་ནི་ངོ་ཚ་ཤེས་པ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །ཁྲེལ་ཡོད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གཞན་གྱིས་དབང་དུ་བྱས་ནས་ངོ་ཚ་བ་སྟེ། དཔྱས་མེད་པའི་ལས་རྣམས་ལ་འཇུག་པ་དང༌། ཆོས་གཙོར་བྱེད་པ་ནི་ཁྲེལ་ཡོད་པ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །མི་དགེ་བའི་སེམས་ལ་སྨོད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་མི་དགེ་བའི་ཆོས་ལ་འཇུག་པའི་བྱིས་པ་སོ་སོ་སྐྱེ་བོའི་ཆོས་རྣམ་པར་སྤངས་པས་དེ་དག་ལ་ཡིད་མི་གཏོད་པ་དང༌། རྟག་ཏུ་དགེ་བའི་བཤེས་གཉེན་ལ་ཉེ་བར་བརྟེན་པ་ནི་མི་དགེ་བའི་སེམས་ལ་སྨོད་པ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །སྦྱངས་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་མི་གཏོང་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སྦྱངས་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་ཡང་དག་པར་བླངས་པ་ཉམས་པར་མི་བྱེད་པ་ཉིད་དང༌། ཡི་དམ་ ལ་བརྟན་པ་ཉིད་ནི་སྦྱངས་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་མི་གཏོང་བ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །སྤྱོད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་འཛིན་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་སྤྱོད་པ་ཉིད་ལ་རྗེས་སུ་འཇུག་པའི་ཕྱིར། སྦྱིན་པ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་སྤྱོད་པ་ལ་ཕ་རོལ་གནོན་པས་ཡང་དག་པར་འཛིན་པ་ནི་སྤྱོད་ལ་ཡང་དག་པར་འཛིན་པ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །དགའ་བར་སྤྱོད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཆོས་ཉིད་ཉམས་སུ་མྱོང་བའི་དགའ་བ་དང༌། བསམ་གཏན་ཉམས་སུ་མྱོང་བའི་དགའ་བས་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་དགའ་བ་ནི་དགའ་བར་སྤྱོད་པ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །བླ་མ་རྣམས་ལ་ལྡང་ཞིང་སྟན་འདིངས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་པ་ལ་རྨུགས་པ་དང་གཉིད་དང་སྙོམ་ལས་ལ་སོགས་པ་དང་བྲལ་བས་རྟག་ཏུ་བླ་མ་ལ་བསྙེན་བཀུར་བ་ལ་ཞུགས་པའི་ཚེ། ངོ་ཚ་དང་ང་རྒྱལ་སྤངས་པས་བླ་མ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་གཡོག་བྱ་བ་ལ་ངལ་བ་མེད་པའི་སེམས་ཀྱིས་བླ་མ་ལ་ལྡང་ཞིང་བསྙེན་བཀུར་བྱེད་པ་ལ་མཁས་པར་གྱུར་པའོ། ང་རྒྱལ་ཚར་གཅོད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གཞན་གྱིས་བརྟགས་པའི་བདག་ཉེ་བར་མི་དམིགས་པ་དང༌། ཕུང་པོར་མངོན་པར་ཞེན་པ་མེད་པས་གཟུང་བ་དང་འཛིན་པ་རྗེས་སུ་མི་དམིགས་པས་ང་རྒྱལ་གྱི་རྒྱུ་རྗེས་སུ་མ་དམིགས་པ་ནི་ང་རྒྱལ་ཚར་གཅོད་པ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །སེམས་ཡང་དག་པར་འཛིན་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཕྱི་རོལ་གྱི་རྣམ་པར་གཡེང་བ་རབ་ཏུ་སྤངས་ནས་ཆོས་བདག་མེད་པ་ལ་རྣམ་པར་གཞག་སྟེ། བསྐྱེད་པ་དང་མ་བསྐྱེད་པའི་དགེ་བའི་ཆོས་རྣམས་རྣམ་པར་མི་ཉམས་པའི་ཤེས་པ་ནི་སེམས་ཡང་དག་པར་འཛིན་པ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །སེམས་ཀྱི་སྤྲོ་བ་ཤེས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དགེ་བ་ལ་འཇུག་པའི་སེམས་གོང་ནས་གོང་དུ་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་བརྩམ་པ་ལ་སྦྱོར་བ་དང༌། བརྩོན་འགྲུས་ཀྱི་འབྲས་བུ་མངོན་པར་མི་མཉམ་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ནི་སེམས་ཀྱི་སྤྲོ་བ་ཤེས་པ་ཞེ

以我而言,因羞耻而不做罪恶之事,以及为了守护他人之心而不说废话,这称为知羞。惭愧是指受他人影响而感到羞耻,参与不合规矩之事,并以佛法为重。呵责不善之心是指舍弃凡夫俗子沉溺于不善之法的习性,不信任这些,并恒常亲近善知识,这称为呵责不善之心。不舍所学之功德是指不使已正确领受之所学功德衰退,以及对本尊坚定不移,这称为不舍所学之功德。正确地受持行为是指为了追随菩萨的行为,对于布施等行为,以胜过他人之心而正确地受持,这称为正确地受持行为。欢喜而行是指体验佛法真谛的欢喜,以及体验禅定的欢喜,在一切时处都感到欢喜,这称为欢喜而行。对于上师们起身并铺设坐垫是指远离昏沉、睡眠和懈怠等,恒常致力于侍奉上师之时,舍弃羞耻和傲慢,对于侍奉上师等事务,以不觉疲惫之心起身侍奉上师,并精于此道。断除我慢是指不执着于他人所认定的我,以及不执着于五蕴,因此不执着于能取和所取,从而不执着于我慢之因,这称为断除我慢。正确地执持心是指彻底舍弃外境的散乱,并将心安住于诸法无我之上,对于已生和未生的善法,不使其衰退的觉知,这称为正确地执持心。了知心的喜悦是指使趋入善法之心越来越精进,并将精进用于实践,以及精进之果所显现的无与伦比的智慧,这称为了知心的喜悦。

As for myself, not engaging in sinful deeds due to shame, and not speaking nonsense in order to protect the minds of others, this is called knowing shame. Being ashamed means feeling shame due to the influence of others, engaging in improper activities, and prioritizing the Dharma. Reproaching the unwholesome mind means abandoning the habits of ordinary people who indulge in unwholesome dharmas, not trusting in them, and constantly relying on virtuous friends, this is called reproaching the unwholesome mind. Not abandoning the merits of learning means not allowing the merits of learning that have been correctly received to decline, and being steadfast in one's chosen deity, this is called not abandoning the merits of learning. Correctly upholding conduct means, in order to follow the conduct of Bodhisattvas, correctly upholding generosity and other practices with a mind that surpasses others, this is called correctly upholding conduct. Acting with joy means experiencing the joy of the true nature of Dharma, and the joy of experiencing meditation, being joyful in all circumstances, this is called acting with joy. Rising and preparing seats for the Lamas means being free from dullness, sleep, and laziness, and when constantly engaging in serving the Lama, abandoning shame and pride, and serving the Lama and others with a tireless mind, becoming skilled in rising and serving the Lama. Cutting off arrogance means not clinging to the self as perceived by others, and not clinging to the five aggregates, therefore not clinging to the grasper and the grasped, and thus not clinging to the cause of arrogance, this is called cutting off arrogance. Correctly holding the mind means completely abandoning external distractions, and settling the mind on the absence of self in all phenomena, the awareness that does not allow the virtuous dharmas that have arisen and have not arisen to decline, this is called correctly holding the mind. Knowing the joy of the mind means making the mind that engages in virtue more and more diligent, and applying diligence to practice, and the incomparable wisdom that manifests as the fruit of diligence, this is called knowing the joy of the mind.

地界。了知义理之智是指对于真实和完全具备的诸事物,如实地彻底了知的智慧,这称为了知义理之智。随顺智慧是指了知世间和出世间诸法的自性仅仅是智慧,从而了知外境所取的对境没有自性,这称为随顺智慧。成为没有无明是指远离无明,对于如实存在的法性的真如,远离了颠倒的增益,这称为成为没有无明。了知入心是指彻底了知有情无我,从而了知增长和衰减,这称为了知入心。对于断除和决定成就有智慧是指,断除是指贪欲,即完全断除一切烦恼。决定成就指如实地圆满一切白法。其中,对于断除和圆满成就精通且明晰,即从精进修习智慧、彻底串习而产生的敏锐智慧,这称为对于断除和决定成就有智慧。了知一切音声是指通过正确地理解每个确定的词语,以一切有情的语言,宣说与他们相应的佛法的智慧,这称为了知一切音声。了知分别是指对于声闻、独觉和外道等的根器差别进行分别,并且随顺地宣说佛法的智慧,这称为了知分别。对于确定意义而知是指,意义是指有为的蕴。对其确定是指: “诸行皆无常,是生灭之法,生已复归灭,寂灭最为乐。” 通过以上偈颂对有为进行详细观察,这就是确定,称为对于确定意义而知。断除损害是指,损害是指孩童们的轮回。如实了知从轮回中真实解脱,并且也引导其他人走向佛法。

Earth realm. Knowing the meaning is the wisdom that thoroughly understands things that are true and fully possessed, as they truly are, which is called knowing the meaning. Following wisdom means understanding the nature of worldly and transcendental dharmas as merely wisdom, thereby realizing that the objects of external grasping have no inherent existence, which is called following wisdom. Becoming without ignorance means being free from ignorance and being free from inverted superimpositions on the suchness of the nature of reality as it exists, which is called becoming without ignorance. Knowing what enters the mind means thoroughly understanding the selflessness of beings, thereby knowing increase and decrease, which is called knowing what enters the mind. Being skilled in abandonment and definite accomplishment means that abandonment is desire, which is the complete abandonment of all afflictions. Definite accomplishment means perfecting all white dharmas as they are. Among these, being skilled and clear in abandonment and perfect accomplishment is the sharp wisdom that arises from diligently cultivating wisdom and thoroughly familiarizing oneself with it, which is called being skilled in abandonment and definite accomplishment. Knowing all sounds means the wisdom of teaching the Dharma in accordance with all sentient beings, through correctly understanding each definite word in their languages, which is called knowing all sounds. Knowing distinctions means distinguishing the differences in the faculties of Hearers, Solitary Buddhas, and non-Buddhists, and teaching the Dharma in accordance with them, which is called knowing distinctions. Knowing how to determine the meaning means that the meaning is the aggregates of conditioned phenomena. Its determination is: "All conditioned things are impermanent, they are subject to arising and ceasing. Having arisen, they cease; their pacification is bliss." Through the above verse, examining conditioned phenomena in detail is determination, which is called knowing how to determine the meaning. Abandoning harm means that harm is the samsara of children. Knowing how to truly transcend from samsara and also leading others to the Dharma.
