Is skilled in taming. Because it has become the realm of beings who are not in harmony, it transcends all the mud of afflictions arising from views. Because it has become empowered in samadhi, it knows the nature of language that accomplishes the meaning of beings effortlessly. With the power of wisdom, having definitely attained the five superknowledges, with the power of skillful means, it enters into individual perfect knowledge and attains it, and with the words of definite meaning, it proclaims the peace that is beyond all realms of speech, the utterly peaceful, so it is said. It is only nominally designated and spoken. Such as and so on. All of the three realms are conceived by mind and mental events, therefore it is called merely conceived. Since that is merely conceived, there is not even a mote of substance. Whatever is dependent on others is without limit, because the prior limit and the later limit are empty, and the center of emptiness is also without the nature of arising and ceasing, so it is said: Samsara has no beginning. Thus it is explained. The perfectly established is also, whatever has a prior limit has no characteristics. Such as and so on, the prior limit is the cause, since there is no limit of birth, therefore there is no characteristic. In relation to that, there is also no characteristic of the future and the present. Therefore, because the nature of the completely imputed, the dependent on others, and the perfectly established is emptiness, refuting the consciousness-only school and establishing the Middle Way, that is, all phenomena are emptiness, thus, all dharmas are emptiness, how are the establishment of virtuous and non-virtuous actions and their results established? It should be declared. The establishment of virtuous and non-virtuous actions and results is like a dream, so it is said. Actions and deeds thus entered, that is, with the distinction of inferior, superior, and intermediate, there will also arise the distinction of experiencing the results. Phenomena are always solitary and empty of nature. Such as and so on, just as emptiness with self and so on, the causes and results of seeds, sprouts, vines, and so on are also visible. Similarly, the eyes and so on of the inner self's body

"One should also observe the breaking" refers to the reason of self-nature. In terms of conventional truth, such as "the king preached the Dharma," all conditioned and unconditioned dharmas are expressed by the term "conventional." In terms of ultimate truth, it is inexpressible. As in "the nature of all beings is such," since there are no other dharmas other than conditioned and unconditioned dharmas, this is the very nature. The fruits of black and white karma, created by oneself, are experienced due to attachment to their manifestation in the same continuum, so the fruit is not without cause, because there is a fruit that corresponds to the karma. As in "all existences are illusory and without power," it means that all causes that appear distinctly when examining cause and effect are illusory, like mirages, false and empty. Knowing things in this way, the aggregate of morality will become completely pure, because it is the morality of higher wisdom. Because one has the power to endure the non-arising of all dharmas, one does not perceive anything even slightly. A Bodhisattva who constantly places the mind in equanimity is called abiding in equanimity. As in "how much Dharma did the king understand," all the Dharma spoken by the Tathagata, he was able to grasp all its meaning and words, and he would not forget it. Because he truly ascertained the meaning, the king and his retinue renounced the world and guarded the precepts without breaking them. The king's sons also heard this samadhi, were very happy with the well-spoken words, were very pleased in their hearts, prostrated to the Sugata and his retinue, and because they thoroughly understood the samadhi, they each attained the tolerance of non-arising dharmas. There, there were also eighty thousand beings, etc., which is related to the fact that the Dharma was preached there and they each attained the tolerance of non-arising dharmas. As in "having heard this excellent Dharma nature," having heard this profound Dharma nature, this true samadhi is the ultimate truth, the non-inverted truth.
