Through attention, it transforms into the nature of realization, but not through others. Even if the distinctions of the actions of causes are determined to be different, the nature of the result does not become different, because it is the nature of non-differentiation. If someone says that, then it is like those who accept and abide by the tenets of men, how can the single nature of the result become various different distinctions? Because multiplicity and oneness are mutually contradictory. The appearance of objects is also not different from consciousness, just as objects and so on act, similarly, attention that is not different from it also, like those, generates the realization of attention that is not different from it. Those also abide without being mixed. Therefore, if this fault exists, it is not permissible, if it is said that it will become various distinctions different from the result, even so, because it possesses the combination of the distinctions of the actions of causes, then its result will become without cause, that is what is to be said. Because it is from the result, you want to have distinctions. That distinction is not other, therefore what does the Lord do? Because it is not other than the entity of realization, therefore it is not born from form. If it is not other than appearance, then it will again be born from its form. Birth and non-birth, generation and non-generation, from oneness at the same time, you say it is not contradictory. Or, if these are not other, how can there be various distinctions? Because it is an inference that speaks of faults, it is like the bathing of an elephant. That is what is to be said. If someone says that one cause produces one result, then everything will become the fault of being blind and deaf, because the eye and so on, at the moment of producing their own kind, do not produce consciousness, and when consciousness is produced, at that moment they do not produce their own kind, so in the second moment the eye and so on do not exist, therefore it is difficult to avoid becoming the fault of being blind and so on. The assertion that one agent cause, such as the Lord, produces multiple results is also harmed by all valid cognitions, because the result arises from the sequence of the collection of causes.

Because of seeing emptiness. If it is said that the result arises after the cause has perished, then it becomes causeless, because perishing is like a flower in the sky and cannot be a cause. If it is said that it arises from what has not perished, then it will also lead to the simultaneous arising of cause and result. Just like the left and right horns of a cow, there is no nature of cause and result in what arises simultaneously. Before non-existence, there is no ability, and when there is ability, there is also result. Cause and result are simultaneous, and arising is clearly contradictory. That's what is said. Or, some people do not accept that a substance that has already arisen also appears simultaneously with the result later, so they exist simultaneously. If that is the case, then all conditioned phenomena are momentary. It is said that since the moment is harmed, it is extremely unlikely to be the reason for producing a result. If one insists that the result arises when the cause ceases, then there is no fault in this, then it must also be said to him: What is the destruction of the cause? Is it the nature of the cause? Or is it said that the dharma that does not abide from the moment perishes? Or is it that the cause cannot be seen at all times? If so, what is the fault? If it is the nature of the cause, then it will also lead to the cause and result being simultaneous. If it is said that the cause has perished, then how can it be simultaneous with the result? It is also said that the absence of things is occasional, which is also unreasonable, because becoming occasional is possessing a cause and will lead to becoming a substance, just like consciousness. It is also said that for the time being, a result should not arise from a decaying cause, nor from what has not decayed, and you think it arises like a dream. If a result arises from what has not perished, then why is there no result at that time? If a result arises from what has perished, then where did that result arise from at that time? That's what is said. Therefore, no matter how one examines the arising of things, it does not conform to reason. Therefore, all existences with causes are
