That suchness, also, is to be known as conditioned, since it is dissimilar to the nature of the conditioned in nine ways. Whatever is not apprehended is neither past, nor future, nor present. Whatever is neither past, nor future, nor present is utterly beyond the three times, which is called not running on the path of the three times. Just as rising from the absorption in cessation, that is not like birth. Whatever is utterly beyond the three times is neither existent nor non-existent, which is called not being apprehended in the nature of designation, and not being apprehended in the nature of suchness, therefore it is the nature of non-duality. Whatever is neither existent nor non-existent is unborn, which is the nature of unborn. Whatever is unborn has no grossness, which is the nature of utterly transcending the nature of the cause of birth. Whatever is without essence has no arising, which is utterly beyond birth in the future. Whatever has no arising has no cessation, which is utterly beyond the transference of death. Whatever has no cessation has no separation, which is utterly beyond the separation that occurs from one moment to another. Whatever has no separation has no coming, no going, no transference, and no birth, which is utterly beyond change and reversal in going. Whatever has no going, no coming, no transference, and no birth has no conditioning whatsoever. Whatever has no conditioning whatsoever is unconditioned, which is utterly beyond karma and afflictions. Whatever is unconditioned is the lineage of the noble ones, which is the nature of lineage, and should be regarded as the nature of the realm of the unconditioned. Therefore, because of being completely distinguished by seeing, it is nobility itself, at that time this is utterly beyond the five aggregates. Whatever is the lineage of the noble ones has no learning, which is utterly beyond. There is no transcending learning, which is utterly beyond non-action. There is also no running, which is for action

It is far beyond combination. The saying "there is no non-movement" means it is far beyond non-combination. The saying "there is no complete movement" means it is far beyond combining with non-action. In other lifetimes, it is far beyond the sixth thing, for which there is neither movement, nor non-movement, nor complete movement, for which there is neither mind nor the phenomena arising from mind, which is said to be far beyond the arising of formations that lead to rebirth. Where there is no mind, nor phenomena arising from mind, there is no karma, which is far beyond formations. The saying "there is no ripening of karma" means it is far beyond the accomplishment of its fruit. Where there is no karma, nor ripening of karma, there is neither happiness nor suffering, which is far beyond the prosperity and decline that depend on it. Where there is neither happiness nor suffering, that is the lineage of the noble ones, and in the lineage of the noble ones, there is neither karma nor manifestation of karma. For that lineage, there is no action of the body, nor of speech, nor of mind, which refers to the places of happiness and suffering, and all the universal movements that are not indicated. There is no karma there, which is far beyond learning. The saying "there is no manifestation of karma" means it is far beyond aspiration. For that lineage, there is no performance of actions by the body and so on, which is far beyond subsequent combination. For that lineage, there is no distinction of inferior, middling, and superior, which is far beyond its various states of being. That lineage can also be understood through four times and nine characteristics, namely, the impure time, the pure time, the time of complete understanding, and the time of complete consummation. That lineage is equal because it is like the sky, which refers to being equally compliant with all characteristics in the impure time, like the sky, just as the sky is equally compliant with all forms, so in the impure time, the yogi
