It should be known that the antidotes are, for example, the antidote to desire is ugliness, and similarly, the antidote to hatred is love, and the antidote to ignorance is dependent origination. Because it is said so. The second antidote is emptiness and so on. This is in terms of four kinds of beings: those who are attached to views, those who are attached to the taste of meditative absorption, those who desire rebirth, and those who perceive non-liberation as liberation. Among these, in terms of being attached to views, it is emptiness, because it is said in the sutra that emptiness can heal all faults that fall into views. In terms of being attached to the taste of meditative absorption, it is signlessness, because it is said in the sutra that signlessness can counteract all conceptions, various conceptions, and mental fixations. This shows that all conceptions and various conceptions are attached to the taste of meditative absorption. In terms of desiring rebirth, it is wishlessness. Because it is said in the sutra that in order to abandon the desire realm and the form realm, it is wishlessness. In terms of perceiving non-liberation as liberation, it is showing the perverted. Because it is said in the sutra that in order to abandon all perversions, there are four non-perversions. Because seeing permanence and so on, the thought of perceiving non-liberation as liberation arises. In order to abandon the universally arising perversions, therefore, in the end, one should know the antidotes to the collection and non-collection of the four perversions. The last is the six kinds of ordinary beings: the antidote to the view of the perishable aggregate is the four mindfulnesses. The antidote to being mixed with afflictions is the right abandonments. The antidote to being controlled by mutual pride is the miraculous feet. The antidote to not possessing virtuous qualities is the faculties and the powers. The antidote to being completely ignorant of the truth is the limbs of enlightenment. The antidote to seeing wonders and auspiciousness etc. as antidotes is the limbs of the path. If one thus contemplates the body, why does one not fall into the view of self? Because there is no arrogance of "I have seen." It should be known that disbelief etc. do not tend towards virtuous qualities, and their antidote is the faculties.

and powers. Among the physicians and students of physicians in Jambudvipa, Jivaka (Tibetan: འཚོ་བྱེད།) is said to be the best. In the great trichiliocosm, may all sentient beings become like the king of medicine, Jivaka, which means that Jivaka and beings like him fully demonstrate many doors of expertise in medicine and courage everywhere. Mentioning views and regret is because views and regret are difficult to cure. Among them, views are obstacles to the mind that desires liberation to be equally placed. For example, those who are endowed with life and are faithful residents think like this: Although form is impermanent, alas, where is my self? Because they are suspicious in their hearts, they do not turn their minds to the self, all actions are peaceful. (Tibetan: བདག་འདུ་བྱེད་ཐམས་ཅད་ཞི་བ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: sarvasaṃskāraḥ śamathaḥ, Sanskrit Romanization: sarvasaṃskāraḥ śamathaḥ, Chinese literal meaning: all actions are peaceful.) Emptiness. (Tibetan: སྟོང་པ་ཉིད།, Sanskrit Devanagari: śūnyatā, Sanskrit Romanization: shunyata, Chinese literal meaning: Emptiness.) Signlessness. (Tibetan: མི་དམིགས་པ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: animitta, Sanskrit Romanization: animitta, Chinese literal meaning: Signlessness.) Cessation of craving. (Tibetan: སྲེད་བཟད་པ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: tṛṣṇākṣaya, Sanskrit Romanization: trisnakshaya, Chinese literal meaning: Cessation of craving.) Detachment. (Tibetan: འདོད་ཆགས་དང་བྲལ་བ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: virāga, Sanskrit Romanization: viraga, Chinese literal meaning: Detachment.) Cessation. (Tibetan: འགོག་པ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: nirodha, Sanskrit Romanization: nirodha, Chinese literal meaning: Cessation.) Nirvana. (Tibetan: མྱ་ངན་ལས་འདས་པ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: nirvāṇa, Sanskrit Romanization: nirvana, Chinese literal meaning: Nirvana.) They will not enter into the mind, they will not be liberated, they think: my mind will turn back. Saying this is what is being taught: At that time, when he contemplates the thought of nirvana with wisdom, because he has not abandoned the view of the aggregates, he thinks that I will become selfless, and because he is uneasy in his heart, he turns away from nirvana. Alas, where is my self? Because of saying that. If it is only action, then who will be without it? They do not think like that. At that time, because the worldly path cannot be cured, it is called incurable. Regret is the cause of delusion, so regret is an obstacle to the mind that desires to equally abide in a state of equanimity. The Buddhas, the Blessed Ones, and the Bodhisattvas strive greatly to eliminate regret. Therefore, views and regret are mentioned. What is called not being able to know means with the mind. With the words of teaching or exhortation, that is, with both teaching and explanation. By diligently practicing the path of accumulation, and by completely seeking with a discriminating mind, one should seek the path that transcends the world. That discrimination should also begin with the selflessness of the person and be recognized as two types. Starting from the selflessness of phenomena.
