Because of this. Right thought is a limb that makes others understand, because after truly understanding it, it is established as such and expressed in language. Right speech, right action, and right livelihood are limbs that make others trust, because they successively purify the yogi's view, discipline, and requisites, thereby making others trust. With correct speech, answer questions well, thereby trusting in the purity of view. With correct action, do not do what should not be done, thereby purifying discipline. With correct livelihood, seek clothes and other things according to the Dharma, thereby making the requisites completely pure. These are successively the nature of the actions of speech, body, and both. Right effort is a limb that purifies the obscurations of both the Hearers and Bodhisattvas. Right mindfulness is a limb that purifies the afflictions of sinking and excitement, because by abiding in right mindfulness, one does not correctly discriminate characteristics, so there is no sinking or excitement. Right concentration is a limb that purifies obstacles when manifesting the distinctions of qualities, because it can manifest qualities such as clairvoyance. Now, the supreme fruit of complete enlightenment is proclaimed. As an answer to "What is the Buddha Bhagavan?", it is proclaimed "Who comprehends all things", because he sees all things as they are, without error, like an Emblic fruit in the palm of his hand, so the term "Buddha" is associated with "comprehending the meaning of things." Does "seeing" mean that it can be achieved if one has a body and eyes? This is not the case, because all dharmas cannot be objects of eye consciousness, because objects are determined individually, so it is proclaimed "He with those." "He" refers to the Buddha Bhagavan. "Those" refers to the dharmas. "The eye of noble wisdom" means seeing with the eye of uncontaminated wisdom, not with the physical eye. This is a summary statement. Because it is supreme, all dharmas can be objects.

That is the thought. The so-called Dharmakaya indicates the cause, that is, what becomes the cause of all the Buddha's teachings is the completely pure wisdom, or the completely pure Suchness, the body is the Dharmakaya. This is also said to show that it is the cause of the eye of supreme wisdom. The word "having" in "seeing with the Dharmakaya" should be taken out from within and connected. The so-called Bodhi is the cause of establishing the three types of Bodhi. The learners and non-learners are symbols, and what is neither learner nor non-learner is also seeing. Because if one sees the supramundane teachings of learners and non-learners, why not see others that are not them, therefore learners and non-learners are mentioned. Now, in order to show what the Blessed One intended to say, and how to fully understand it. For this reason, it is said, "If seeing dependent origination is like what?" Dependent origination should be understood in two ways, the ultimate truth and the conventional truth, in order to abandon the extremes of superimposition and denigration. If one only meditates on the ultimate truth, one will fall into the extreme of denigration and regard it as annihilation, or abide in the Nirvana of the Hearers. If one only meditates on the conventional truth, one will fall into the extreme of superimposition, therefore if one meditates in both ways, one can abandon the two extremes and enter the Middle Way. Among them, ignorance and so on are like illusions and images, although they depend on causes and conditions, what has not arisen in the three times is the way of ultimate truth here. As it is said, the unborn Dharma is the true Dharma, and the others are false. This is also because it transcends all elaborations, and is self-realized by each of the Buddhas. For speech, the Blessed One only shows it in the conventional truth, and in order to show it, it is said "to this Blessed One", in which "to this" is a particle of speech. Because it has the characteristic of always speaking of the unborn Dharma in this way, it is examinable. This shows that the three times are also one in the ultimate truth, therefore it is immutable. If it is so
