It should be known that this is such a branch. For the antidote to the harm of all afflictions, one obtains mastery over the mind. The rest are easy to combine, so they are not distinguished. Greatness is through wisdom. Not abiding here is the path itself. Because of mentioning the three meanings. That very wisdom is inconceivable. How is it? The statement that one possesses inconceivable wisdom is a word of mockery. The statement that wisdom is immeasurable is the inconceivable nature of meditation entering into excellence. The statement that wisdom is exceedingly vast is the inconceivable nature of what is to be known. The statement that wisdom is unseizable is the inconceivable nature of the elimination of unfavorable factors. All actions are faultless. Characteristics such as universal arising. Because it possesses four pure causes. Therefore, it is regarded as the greatness of action. Actions of body, actions of speech, and actions of mind, being extremely faultless, universally arising, supremely arising, is the greatness of action. The statement, 'That which causes universal arising' and 'At the time of universal arising,' is because it is said that wisdom goes before and wisdom follows after. The statement, 'Ruling by means of the Perfection of Wisdom,' is by means of the path free from all afflictions. The statement, 'Exceedingly well distinguished by skillful means with great compassion going before,' is by means of the path of benefiting sentient beings. The statement, 'By the two causes of the combination of self and others,' the statement, 'Extremely accomplishing through aspiration,' is the cause of self. The statement, 'Extremely blessed by the blessing of the Thus-Gone One,' is the cause of the combination of others. The activity of benefiting sentient beings and completely purifying the Buddha-fields, and accomplishing deeds by means of accomplishing the Buddha's true Dharma, thus, being extremely faultless is indeed the conduct, thus it is completely shown. Because of being separated from all universally arising afflictions, it is said to be extremely abiding in the power of intention, which is the complete deterioration of unfavorable factors. Because of not being separated from the path, it is said to be extremely abiding in the power of higher intention, which is the stability of the antidote. Not abandoning the benefit of sentient beings.

He is very much abiding in the power of great compassion. In order to completely protect all beings, he is very much abiding in the power of great love. Such are the two aspects of looking at sentient beings. Because he possesses the Dharma of non-forgetfulness, it is said that he is very much abiding in the power of dharani, which is the quality of non-forgetfulness. Dharani is the dharani of letters and the dharani of meaning, and he is very much abiding in them. Because he does not forget, it is the quality of non-forgetfulness. He is very much abiding in the power of fearlessness. How so? Because he is skilled in distinguishing all the Buddha's teachings, he is skilled in differentiation. Thus, because he does not abandon fearlessness in teaching the Dharma, he is very much abiding in the power of fearlessness, which is the quality of perfect speech. He is very much abiding in the power of clairvoyance. How so? Because he is skilled in the various distinctions of the practices of limitless world realms, it is the quality of perfect mind. Because he does not abandon all the activities of a Bodhisattva, he is very much abiding in the power of aspiration, which is the quality of the cause. When accomplishing all the Buddha's teachings, because he is very much abiding in the power of the Paramitas, it is the quality of application. Because the wisdom of all-knowing is manifest, because he is very much abiding in the power of the blessings of the Tathagatas, it is the quality of near accomplishment. It is said that all actions are also completely shown, which means that just as ordinary beings, carried away by afflictions, practice all kinds of actions, so too the Bodhisattva shows them in the same way. Not turning back from that is unwavering, which is the antidote to the manifestation of inferior intentions, because it is not taken away. In order to counteract the aspiration for the inferior vehicle and the manifestation of demonic activities and afflictions, he does not turn back, because wisdom is unassailable. Therefore, because there are two kinds of near afflictions, it is the antidote to near afflictions. Profundity is difficult to find.
