And also "there is not," how is it said? As it is said: "From where does the mind give rise to karma? That lineage is stained by karma. For the sake of that fruit arising, actions are done in vain. Not doing, encountering, there is not, there is not." It is said like that. Here also, the four aspects of separately contemplating the past extreme, the present arising, and the future extreme should be connected. Among them, completely examining the cause of not arising aversion and arising aversion means completely examining the cause of not arising aversion and completely examining the cause of arising aversion. The cause of not arising aversion is the subtle part of suffering itself. That is also the suffering of formation itself. Regarding that, from "Due to ignorance, formations arise" to "the six sense bases," what is said is the suffering of formation itself. Since children do not understand these well, they are the cause of not arising aversion. Whatever feeling it may be, it is suffering here, which shows the reason why the suffering of formation itself is included in these limbs of existence. Because what corresponds to feeling is feeling. Thus, from whatever feeling arises, and everything that is not feeling, is called feeling. The gross aspect of suffering itself is the suffering of suffering itself and the suffering of change itself. Because even children can easily understand it. By the nature of complete oppression, it is the suffering of suffering itself and the suffering of change itself. Therefore, these two aspects of suffering itself, which are the gross suffering itself, namely contact and feeling, are the suffering of suffering itself. The remaining limbs of existence are the suffering of change itself, as it is said. The aspect of the universal arising of the three sufferings should also be connected in the same way. Because the limbs of existence arise from their own cause, they are not made by others. Among them, "because it arises from its own cause," here the cause is the seed of the same kind. Then, in order to eliminate the dispute that "it is only done by oneself," it is said that it is not done by itself.

Those done by oneself are not real. Why is that? Because they arise from conditions. A condition is here considered a condition that acts together. To show both of these, it is said, "With ignorance as a condition, there are formations," which means that formations arise from causes and conditions. A cause here is a cause of the same kind. A condition is what acts together. Then, in order to refute the objection that "causes and conditions produce together," it is said, "not made by both." Because it is only related to birth. If some dharmas act on some, then in that case, they would become produced by it. If someone thinks, why does it not act on a hundred? Therefore, it is said, "it does not abide at the time of acting," meaning: because it perishes as soon as it arises. This is a concluding word. Therefore, saying "with ignorance as a condition, there are formations," means that it is related to birth, which is what is said. Being related to birth is being related to birth. If it is so, that it is neither produced from self, nor produced from other, nor produced from both, then it would become arising from no cause. In order to completely eliminate this objection, it is said, "because it accords with the way of existence, it is not produced from no cause." Existence is samsara. Because it accords with its way, therefore no cause is self. If it has been determined to be no cause, then etc., is to analyze it itself. What does it show? If it is truly no cause, then the limbs of existence will become the nature of arising, and not not arising. Then, where do these arising and not arising come from? Therefore, if it is not in accordance with the way of existence, but only becomes annihilation, being in accordance with the way of existence, there is also being in accordance with existence. Saying "with ignorance as a condition, there are formations," is to fully examine arising in the way of existence, which is what is said. The remaining limbs should also be combined, how to combine? Arising from cause and condition is to examine that it is neither done by other, nor done by oneself. Related to birth
