Whatever that is, is obtained through the path of pure morality, etc., of the Bodhisattvas. Therefore, regarding that pure morality, the Bodhisattva who abides on the path contemplates together with other Bodhisattvas who abide on that path. How, Just as the contemplation of equality in pure morality, so too is it with pure mind, and equality of contemplation is present in all between the seven purities. Among these, pure morality is the pure morality of the Bodhisattvas' vows, etc. Pure mind is the pure samadhi of the Bodhisattva. The two trainings of higher morality and higher mind are taught with two words. The training of higher wisdom is taught with four words: eliminating views, eliminating doubt and hesitation, and eliminating regret, which is called purity. Eliminating views is because of abandoning all views. Thinking "How is it so?" is doubt. Diverse minds are hesitation, thinking "Is it like this, or is it not like that?" Doing evil, feeling bad in the mind, and feeling bad in the heart are called regret. Eliminating these views, doubts, hesitations, and regrets is purity, and for that purity, the Bodhisattva's contemplation is equality. Knowing the path and non-path is purity, and for contemplation, it is purity itself. What is called knowing the path and non-path is knowing the path that is fully grasped by wisdom and means, and being separated from the non-path, or knowing that one has fallen into the worldly or the Hinayana. That is the purity of knowing the path and non-path, and for that, the Bodhisattva's contemplation is equality. What is called the equality of contemplation of knowing the path is knowing, from pure morality to the purity of knowing the path and non-path, by summarizing what was previously said into the four paths. The four paths are the difficult path with slow realization, the difficult path with quick realization, the easy path with slow realization, and the easy path with quick realization. These four knowings of the path

Complete purification is the complete purification of the wisdom of the path. The complete purification of the wisdom of the path is the equality of the thought of the Bodhisattva. To fully ripen sentient beings is to fully ripen those who accomplish the realms, inclinations, and faculties of sentient beings with various means. That complete purification is the complete purification of fully ripening all sentient beings. For this, Bodhisattvas who abide in the same ground and other Bodhisattvas, the common thought, not various thoughts, this is called a synonym, this last word explains the complete ripening of sentient beings. The complete purification of the Bodhisattva, with these ten kinds of equality of mind, is to accomplish the meaning of not being a different lineage. The fifth ground is a synonym for realizing the equality of lineage. Abandoning by the path, knowing that abandoning by the path is called abandoning by the path. The complete destruction of the lower shows the meaning of merely abandoning the mind. How is it? Because it is realized that complete destruction is inferior, in order to pursue the more and more superior, not knowing satisfaction, therefore it shows the meaning of merely abandoning the mind. Slightly abandoning is merely abandoning the mind, just as slightly changing is called merely changing. Slightly abandoning is abandoning what is not above, this is a synonym, because it is without outflows. Slightly abandoning should also be understood from not striving for this, because of pursuing the above. Merely abandoning the mind itself is the meaning, therefore it is the meaning of merely abandoning the mind. In order to completely destroy that pride, it is called for complete purification, in order to completely destroy the manifest pride of different lineages. In "with eight causes" etc., for this, familiarizing the mind of enlightenment is said to be for generating the power of aspiration. Not wavering from the Great Vehicle is because of not abandoning all sentient beings with compassion and love. Generating the power of the roots of virtue is for accumulating the accumulation of merit. Not abandoning diligence is for not interrupting the continuity. Correctly train
