The arising and suffering and cessation and path, knowing these is to know the truth of the established reality, it should be known. The antidote practice increases, desiring to be endowed with means, the aspects of enlightenment are solitude and so on, and are fully endowed with four qualities. Observing the body on the inner body, this is extensively explained. For oneself, it is inner, that is, making oneself the master, that is the meaning. This is accumulated by the great elements, therefore it is the body, that is, on that body. To observe in accordance is to observe, it means to think appropriately. Here, the meaning of "observing" is because it is appropriate, and the meaning of the essence of the word "observation" is also because it is thinking. Here, the body is: arising from perversion, composed of cause and condition, unmoving, not acting, without a master, not holding, like the external grass and trees and bushes and medicine and forests and so on, like that, being suitable to the body and having the view of wisdom, therefore it is called one who observes the body. In another way, in its own nature, observing the body is observing. To abide, is to say that one abides in a place that is in accordance with the qualities as previously stated. How does one abide? It is said to be diligent, burning with the fire of wisdom, exhausting laziness with the power of diligence, having qualities and abiding nearby, it means extreme suffering. Here, having that, therefore it is having diligence. Knowing, is to say the meaning of correct and good knowing. Mindfulness is mindfulness, it means attention. Here, having not forgetting the scriptures that have been heard, therefore it is having mindfulness. Abandoning, is to say the meaning of eliminating. Present connection is greed, thinking of the body as mine, it is mine and so on, it is the meaning of extreme thinking. The unpleasant object is the unpleasant itself, it means abandoning. How to abandon? Just by observing the body, then the thought of mine, it is mine and so on, will not arise in this. That

Because there is no reason, even if the body is destroyed, it will not be unpleasant. In this way, by contemplating the body, abandoning greed and unpleasantness, and abiding by contemplating the body on the inner body, this is to prevent the opportunity for afflictions related to the inner from arising. External, is to avoid being with afflictions related to the external. The remainder should be understood as before. Inner and outer, is to prevent the opportunity from arising simultaneously, and not together. Similarly, for inner feelings, feeling is feeling, which is the definition of experiencing neither desire nor aversion. That is, the difference in experience is only three types, namely happiness and suffering, and neither suffering nor happiness, in order. Contemplating and abiding in feelings is like before. What is that? It is regarded as suffering. How is it? For this, the Bodhisattva thinks like this, no matter what is felt, it is considered suffering. Why? Because it is related to the three natures of suffering. How is it? The nature of suffering of suffering is like a wormhole on a fruit, which is distinguished by birth. The nature of suffering of change is because it is related to existence without being separated from the nature of suffering, which is distinguished by fear. The nature of suffering of conditioning is, in short, because it appears that "the five aggregates of close grasping are suffering." It is distinguished by being related to conditioning. Moreover, especially in the four meditations and formless meditations, it is established as neither happiness nor suffering, those are only because of existence. Because it is related to these three types of suffering of existence, it is called a contemplator of feelings because it regards suffering and thinks in accordance with feelings with wisdom. Here, greed is attachment to pleasant feelings, and to objects such as form that are the cause of it, and to the body that is the basis of both. Feelings

Merely following this view, pleasant feelings will not arise in this, as well as its cause and the body, the basis of both. Because of its absence, pleasant feelings completely transform, as well as their causes and the body, the basis of both, then it will not become unpleasant. The rest is as before. The so-called inner mind, because of thinking, is the mind. It is consciousness, it is knowing, that is the synonym. Another situation is, because it accumulates good and non-good, as well as immovable actions, etc., therefore it is the mind. The rest is as before. The so-called inner dharmas, because they hold their own characteristics, and are also things of other conditions, therefore they are dharmas, meaning completely not abandoning. They are those dharmas, not me and so on. The rest is as before. The so-called its sins, unarisen non-virtuous dharmas, etc., will be explained in detail. Generating desire, this phrase is a technical term for proper attention. Effort, diligence, initiation, this phrase is not abandoning proper attention. The mind is good at holding, truly good at establishing, this phrase is a technical term for properly individually examining. What is the reason for that? Because properly diligently, it is not practicing all sinful non-virtuous dharmas. Those sins are also the opposite of discipline, as well as the opposite of samadhi, as well as the opposite of wisdom. The opposite of discipline is, whatever this discipline is weakened, and what is the cause of the discipline being weakened, becoming the opposite of the aggregate of discipline, others and others also, this is called the opposite of discipline. The opposite of samadhi is, whatever this habit is weakened, and the cause of the mind being distracted, others and others also, this is called the opposite of samadhi. The opposite of wisdom is, whatever this view is weakened, and the cause of the view being weakened, others and others also, this is called the opposite of wisdom.
