The ིག་ is an argument. The reason for saying that those that are not so are small in proportion is the answer. It is said that at first the discipline is impure, so the giving is also impure, but because both outer and inner are given, the giving includes all giving, so it is superior. Discipline is not practiced with all kinds of distinctions on the first ground, so it should be known that its proportion is small. Here, etc., is to fully show the naturally pure discipline. What is it? Combine with the example of the golden Saletree. Become the antidote to the darkness of desire, The land of light free from desire is excellently obtained, In order to excellently pacify the darkness of desire of those with desire, Obtain the powers of peace. It is just thinking straight and so on. Pure methods are various and many. Second, after practicing the disciplines on the ground of practice, In order to obtain freedom from desire, Rely on ten causes and strive diligently. That which causes the union of separation from desire to arise is based on ten causes, as it is, that is, the ten mental intentions that are spoken of. The intention of the mind free from desire is the intention of the mind by which one becomes free from desire. Its cause, intention, is that if one manifests what, one can obtain the intention of the mind free from desire, that is, intending those. The so-called ability to prevent meditation should be understood as the fruit of the power of meditation that can be prevented, that is, preventing meditation itself, not abandoning and separating. Why? Because in this way, the two of being born below and not completely degenerating appear in the end. If one completely abandons or separates from meditation, it is impossible not to degenerate completely. Therefore, here one should know the power of preventing meditation. If this is also how possible? This is inconceivable. As it is said, For those who have great means, Afflictions become limbs of enlightenment. It is the nature of samsara and peace, Therefore, there is not the slightest difficulty in doing. It is said. Therefore, there it is also said that one is born without all afflictions.

It should be done like this. This place is not only for those who are free from desire, nor is it possible to be free from desire immediately upon entering, but in order to make the means of being free from desire arise in this place, and to establish the means of being free from desire. It should be understood that those who abide in this land will be transformed into those who are free from desire. Starting from the means of being free from desire, until obtaining freedom from desire, in order to obtain freedom from desire, it is said that there are three kinds of expedient grounds. Starting from "For all those who become practitioners, one should individually know impermanence," until "It is not enough to be completely purified by the work of words alone." The so-called "means of completely guarding from the lower vehicle" and so on are explained in detail. What is the basis for this? It is the wisdom of the Tathagata. Isn't the wisdom of the Tathagata only attainable on the tenth ground? If so, why is it said to be the basis of the third ground? Although it has not been obtained, there is no fault because it relies on the nature of the object of focus. The so-called "for whom" is for sentient beings. How to facilitate it well is through diligence, which has been shown by "I should completely protect" and so on. Ability is merit, and holding it is inconceivable, because the Buddha's various manifestations and so on have inconceivable abilities. Holding the merit of manifest enlightenment is incomparable, because it is incomparably enlightened in an uncommon way. Holding the merit of great meaning is immeasurable. Holding immeasurable merit is rare, because it must be obtained by promising the suffering of giving heads, hands, feet, etc. Holding uncommon merit is unmixed. Previously, it was explained that manifest enlightenment is incomparable in an undifferentiated way, but now, in a way similar to its merits, even if only in a small part, there is no one like the Blessed One, so there is a difference.
