They are not the reasons for their occurrence. There are three types of non-receptacles: those who are obscured by not hearing the untrue Dharma due to encountering unwholesome friends, and therefore are not receptacles at that time; those who are obscured by the obscuration of afflictions; those who are obscured by unbearable karmic obscurations; and those who have no seeds, who are non-receptacles for a long time and at all times. The wisdom of equality is the result of meditating on the ten grounds, so it should be understood from the ten perfections. The equality of characteristics is that all the characteristics of a great being are equally devoid of the nature of imputation, and the Tathagata has taught that those characteristics of a great being are without characteristics, hence they are called the characteristics of a great being. Master is power, because the aggregates such as form are not individually powerful, and because the dharmas do not abandon their own nature, their aggregation should not be their nature either. Since they also lack the substance of a person belonging to the path, therefore the master of all, the equality, is devoid of the imputed master. As the Blessed One said, 'I do not think that the Blessed One is either rich or poor.' Joy is mental happiness, and joy arises in the dharmas of that place through the power of discrimination. Conversely, unhappiness arises. Because of the absence of these, all sentient beings are free from the imputed joy, therefore joy is equality. Characteristics, master, and joy are equality. Comprehension is realization, and only the first ground of a Bodhisattva comprehends it. By the difference of meditating on the higher and higher grounds, one ultimately attains the perfection of the Buddha ground, and since there is no perfection superior to that, the perfection of the wisdom of equality should be understood by that perfection. From perfection is perfection, and at all times it is established in the third position. Dependent origination is of two types: internal and external. The internal begins with ignorance.

Etcetera are the twelve branches. The external is "This being, that arises; this not being, that does not arise," which means that if there is a cause, there is a result. For example, if there is a seed, a sprout arises, and so on. The internal is to cultivate by closely applying mindfulness to the branches that are in accordance with the Dharma, those that are not in accordance with the Dharma, all kinds of pervasive afflictions, and all kinds of purified branches. Also, cultivate the external by "If there is a cause, there is a result," and so on. For all dependent arising, at any time, the meaning of immovability, the meaning of dependent arising, the meaning of emptiness, the meaning of selflessness, when seeing it as the meaning of dependent arising, then one experiences this as the nature of that. Because it is experiencing. That equality is immovability, selflessness, emptiness, absence of self, and the very nature of being separated from dependent arising, which is imputed by conceptual thought. Understanding that all phenomena are the Dharma-nature of dependent arising is like that. From the perspective of the perfectly established nature, it is the same as before. As it is said, Brahma, all phenomena are dependently arisen. Understanding dependent arising is enlightenment. Brahma, just as the Tathagata sees all phenomena, the phenomena are like that. Also, like establishing the Dharma-nature of dependent arising as the name of dependent arising, and not truly seeing any Dharma other than dependent arising at all. Like that and so on. It is with that in mind that whoever sees dependent arising sees the Dharma. Whoever sees the Dharma sees the Buddha. Because it is the Dharma of ultimate truth and the Buddha of ultimate truth. There is no difference in all of that. The characteristics of form and so on, with changeability as form and so on, the establishment of characteristics that are empty and unrelated, whatever those are, are their common characteristics, because they are the nature of superimposition on that, so they are not the own-nature. Therefore, those are incompatible with the characteristics and

These are different from nature. Again, what is the nature of those? Non-nature itself is nature, because it is said in the scriptures: all dharmas have one nature as non-nature. All dharmas are separated from the nature of complete calculation, and understanding equality comes from the complete accomplishment. There are three types of love: focusing on sentient beings, focusing on dharma, and having no focus. Among them, the love of the bodhisattvas who first generate the mind is focused on sentient beings, because it has an object that exists in the conventional sense, so it is contaminated. The love of the bodhisattvas who have entered into practice is focused on the dharma, because it has the dharma taught by the Mahayana as its object, so it is only contaminated. The love of the bodhisattvas who have obtained tolerance for the unborn dharma is without focus, like the eyes, etc., it is mature, arises without effort, is in accordance with the wisdom of equality, and is without focus with the realm of dharma as its object, because there is no distinction, and because there is no attachment to all dharmas, it is called without focus. The love that is in accordance with the wisdom of equality, in the Buddha, that is, in the Tathagatas, is completely perfect in every way and is always present.
