Because of acting in this way, these two are inexhaustible, which is its result, because the complete purification of the Dharmadhatu is half of it. This shows the discriminating wisdom, because this is also its result. The embodiment of body, speech, and mind, possesses the activity of the means of union. Here, the embodiment of body, speech, and mind, what is the means of uniting them, that is, possessing the activity of that, should be connected in this way. Because of completely knowing the means of that, it is called the one with that activity. The embodiment of body has three types, namely, related and unrelated to one's own and others' bodies. The one related to one's own body is that one's own self manifests as the form of a Chakravartin king and so on. The one related to others' bodies is that demons and so on manifest as the form of becoming a Buddha. The unrelated one is that the earth and so on manifest as the nature of the seven precious things. Whatever manifests countless and immeasurable Buddha bodies is also that, as said before. Whatever radiates light and illuminates the boundless world is also the embodiment of body, because it also performs the benefit of sentient beings. Whatever manifests birth and so on is also that. Similarly, the embodiment of speech, the one related to one's own body, is that the boundless world is made aware by the Brahma sound. The one related to others' bodies is that by what, the Shravakas and so on, with the Buddha's voice, the Dharma of the Mahayana is shown. The unrelated one is that from the sky and so on, the sound of teaching the Dharma arises and so on. The embodiment of mind is related to oneself and others, that is, one's own self understands all Dharmas, and also by what, even those with small wisdom can understand the profound Dharma, thus making the mind determined, and those who have lost their memory can also regain their memory and so on. This shows the wisdom of accomplishing activities, as said before. The gates of Samadhi and Dharani, possess two immeasurables. Gate is gate. The two immeasurables are

are the accumulations of merit and wisdom. Possessing the gates of Samadhi and Dharani, and immeasurable accumulations of merit and wisdom, it is synonymous with being perfectly endowed and wealthy. The self-nature Dharmakaya is complete with enjoyment, and has various distinctions through manifestations. Here, there is the application of terms such as the self-nature body, the complete enjoyment body, and the manifestation body, hence the connection of such words. The body of the Tathagatas, the pure realm of Dharma, although without difference, yet because of the distinction of the three bodies, there is application, hence here there is the application of difference. These three bodies then show the benefit of self and others and the basis. Among them, the self-nature body is the Dharmakaya, the characteristic of the place being completely transformed, the basis of all wealth, the master of all white dharmas, the place of all Buddha's bodies, the equality of all Tathagatas, subtle and difficult to know. Relying on its power, it is said that it is not to be observed by others, not the object of speculation, having completely transcended the path of speculation, and so on. The complete enjoyment body is the wisdom that arises from its power, the subsequent attainment of non-discriminating wisdom, like the nature of crystal and so on, in the Buddha fields, in the mandalas of various retinues, with the great Bodhisattvas who have entered the ground, together being the cause of completely enjoying the Dharma. Various manifestations, corresponding to the sentient beings to be tamed, showing various form bodies and so on, causing them to be completely matured, is the only subsequent wisdom corresponding to it. The manifestation body is the realm of the Shravakas and so on, not the realm of the complete enjoyment body. This is the great benefit of the Tathagatas, with the manifestation of various form bodies, constantly abiding in the place of causing sentient beings to be completely matured. The complete enjoyment body accomplishes self-benefit, while this only accomplishes the benefit of others. Furthermore, what are the ten distinctions of the Buddha ground? Namely, the Buddha who has directly realized Bodhi, and...

Buddha of aspiration, and Buddha of karmic ripening, and Buddha of blessing, and Buddha of emanation, and Buddha of the Dharmadhatu, and Buddha of mind, and Buddha of Samadhi, and Buddha of self-nature, and Buddha as desired, those are also included in these three categories only. Among them, the first five are the Buddhas of conventional truth. The latter five are the Buddhas of ultimate truth. The Dharmadhatu of the Buddhas, this pure is truly spoken. As it is said, the nature of complete purity, with four verses, in order, with the nature of self-nature, and the pure cause, and possessing activity, and the meaning of entering, it briefly shows the distinction of the Buddha-ground. Having made an explanation of the Sutra section, whatever merit I have generated, may all beings, by this, attain the supreme Buddha-position. Composed by the teacher Śīlabhadra, completed. The explanation of the Noble Buddha-Ground, Śīlabhadra.
