These three appearances arising from the mandala of wisdom are completely severed. By whom? Only by the Tathagata. Or, it is because they are the nature of equality wisdom and so forth. When these self-aware consciousnesses arise, having distinguished them with the mind, then names are given, saying: the Tathagata fully knows. Or, they are fully known by mirror-like wisdom, because relying on this, what appears only as an image will appear. Or, it is a division by three words: the sense bases, their objects, and the consciousnesses. These themselves are images, and these also arise from the Tathagata relying on the Tathagata's mirror-like wisdom, how many suchness and suchness-like wisdoms there are, and fully knows them as they are, as before. Or, having obtained and fully known them by relying on mirror-like wisdom, when mirror-like wisdom arises, all knowable things become the nature of objects. To this, those that appear like images, such as the sense bases, etc., that mirror-like wisdom itself does not have the discrimination of closely grasping its appearance, but when mirror-like wisdom produces distinctions in all knowable things, the Tathagata is also its nature, therefore the Tathagata, free from the discrimination of grasper and grasped, follows those that are the characteristics of self and general, and fully knows them in the form of self-awareness. Therefore, the Tathagata constantly abides in the nature of non-forgetfulness, because all knowable things are not forgotten. If it were not so, if there were no mirror-like wisdom, how could the Tathagata be omniscient? Because it changes due to constant practice, as it is said: Just as fire wants to burn everything because of its constant power, so the Tathagata also wants to know everything, but not to know everything at once. If it is said like that, it is also like this: when holding one thing such as knowing the minds of others, except for that, it does not hold other things.

He cannot continuously hold on to the past, and the omniscient will also be examined, but in reality, it is not so. For someone who is not omniscient, if he is approximately considered to be omniscient, then he will not become omniscient. Alternatively, relying on the mandala of mirror-like wisdom of the Tathagata, in the world or other world systems, the aggregates, their objects, and the images of consciousness will also appear, because without it, these will not appear. At the time of appearance, due to wisdom, it is said that relying on the mandala of mirror-like wisdom of the Tathagata, the aggregates, their objects, and the images of consciousness will appear. It is thought that this is produced by its power, just as there are seeds, but without land, etc., so sprouts will not grow; If there is form, but no mirror, then an image will not appear. If it is admitted that it is the universal cause of producing all fruits, then wouldn't it be in accordance with the views of the Blessed One, Ishvara, etc.? Answer: It will not be in accordance. Because its production is only a condition of its owner, not the author himself. Moreover, it is perfected from the accumulation of merit and wisdom from beginningless time, so it is also impermanent. Ishvara, etc., are also authors, and are constant with the constancy of permanence, so here it is inconsistent. If so, just as one's own image has no other substance, how can it be used as a metaphor? If it is said that just as the mirror exists as a cause, the form itself will appear in that way. For this, it is also due to the power of the complete maturation of the habit of attachment, the consciousness dwells within, and it appears in that way, so pride arises, thinking that I see the images of the world. Therefore, it is said to appear, but not to be produced. Similarly, other objects of knowledge are also viewed from the perspective of being internal to the object of knowledge. Similarity and sameness are the same, the mirror and the mandala of mirror-like wisdom of the Tathagata, these are the causes of the appearance of images.
