So, it is like saying "space" and so on. The so-called "entering into non-difference," non-difference means not being separate and independent, but belonging to that category. It is not like difference, where one can refer to "that" and "others." If it becomes non-different, it will fall into having a body and being non-discriminating. For example, space exists in all forms, but it is not tainted by the faults of form. The faults of form are the proximate causes of attachment and anger, such as blue and so on, which are various. On the other hand, clouds, mists, and dark shadows gathering together are to be completely abandoned because they are completely impure, and they are faults because they become obstacles to the arising of pure views. On the other hand, for the knowledge that appears before others, imposing it on the knowable, just as the essentially pure space is not tainted by it, the completely pure realm of phenomena is also similar to that. The so-called "completely accomplished by being equal in mind with all sentient beings, entering into non-difference," is like one's own mind being completely accomplished, pure, constant, naturally luminous, and naturally completely pure. Becoming the mind of all sentient beings, naturally completely pure is also the same, the nature of the mind is the Tathagatagarbha. Therefore, they are equal. As it is said, "With what is this equal? It is equal with emptiness, therefore this is equal." and so on. The nature of the mind is also the Dharma-nature of the mind, therefore, in order to show that it is its Dharma-nature, "equality of mind" is taken as a fault of essence. Its transformation is complete transformation, which is complete purification. That is naturally completely pure. That is naturally completely pure, but at that time, it is distinguished from being free from sudden defilements. On the other hand, only equality of mind is completely accomplished, because it is the nature of complete accomplishment. The third is having such a nature, like this, the characteristic of the complete accomplishment of all sentient beings and equality of mind, like this, this all sentien

all symbolize the non-difference in the minds of all beings. In another way, it is the essence, symbolizing that in the nature of perfect accomplishment, there is no difference in essence in the minds of all beings. Precisely because it can be said to be non-different, it is not tainted by the faults of sentient beings, because its nature is completely pure. Faults refer to attachment and so on, because they harm the mind and make it impure. These faults also arise from the power of conceptualization, and because they are not the nature of the mind, they are temporary. For this very reason, these faults should be abandoned, because the nature cannot be abandoned. Considering this, the mind of Dharma-nature is labeled as "mind," and it is said, "This is naturally luminous," because there is no other naturally luminous mind other than the mind of Dharma-nature. So, how is it that sentient beings have attachment and other afflictions? It is because they increase the power of their own conceptualization, and that is because they have not abandoned perversion, and that is due to the power of ignorance. It is said that just as the sky is naturally completely pure, but to those whose eyes are not pure, it appears impure due to the harm of cataracts and so on, so too, the Dharma-realm is completely pure, but to those whose eyes are harmed by the cataract of ignorance due to the causes of attachment and so on aroused by their own conceptualization, even though it is naturally completely pure, it appears perverted, while those with the eye of wisdom that is completely pure in all aspects are not tainted in this way. The Dharma-realm is completely pure, completely pure in all aspects, and is no different from all the Tathagatas, and can be called the Dharma-body, because the Dharma-realm is always in all times

Like a lotus flower that is not stained by mud, similarly, the faults of sentient beings do not stain the Dharmadhatu, as it is said. However, the Dharmadhatu is not pure because it is associated with defilements such as desire. Like the mind and mental events. Those who say this, it is uncertain because the sky, although associated with defilements such as form, is not impure. Similarly, the nature of phenomena such as mind is also not impure because it is associated with desire, etc., so it cannot be used as an example. The meaning of impure thought is that because its nature is not clear, the Dharmadhatu is also considered to be impure. Those who think purely are not stained in this way because they are free from association with defilements such as desire, as has been said. As it is said, like the sky, all Dharmadhatu exists, so it is not stained by the faults of sentient beings. All phenomena that are free from discrimination do not need to be established because their existence is pervasive. If the Tathagatas are the nature of the pure Dharmadhatu, and because it is the nature of non-proliferation, if there is no effort, how can the activities of benefiting sentient beings, as well as causes and wisdom, arise? If it is said that they arise, then because there is effort, how can the Tathagata be the nature of suchness? To answer this, it is said that, for example, the sky can reveal all the actions of body, speech, and mind. Briefly speaking, the actions of body and speech are reasonable to be revealed because they have a body. But what is the order of the actions of the mind? That is, how can those who do not have a body be revealed, and there is no obstacle? That which does not hinder its birth is what reveals it. Even for those who have obstacles, the sky reveals it by not hindering its birth. Because it arises without obstacles when it arises, it is said to reveal it. In another case, the object with obstacles is removed, and it is revealed by other things. The Dharma that it has is close to the sky. Similarly, when the actions of the mind cease, they are revealed by other things, and the Dharma that it has is also like that.
